Called 5 salons in town and this was the only one who answered, although she couldn't offer a service I was looking for (perm) she helped me find who can. Staff was very accommodating, personalable and friendly.

The dog was just the icing on the poop sandwich, the owner is trying to discredit me because I'm scared of a dog, I'm not. I was pointing out the snobbiness and general uncomfortable vibe.

BEST HAIR CUT IN TOWN!!!!!!I have lived here for 7 years, during that time I have been to literally every salon in town.NONE of them could ever get exactly what I wanted. And I don't ask for much, and I have kept it the same. Just a classic layered look with blow out.None of these salons knew what I was talking about and even after showing them pictures they still always never made it past a 7 for me.This solon is the chefs kiss. I was almost ready to book an appointment out in Seattle if I needed to. Now I don't have too!The owner is very friendly, sweet, and her pups is adorbs.I spoke with the owner on the phone just once before scheduling an appointment and didn't have to explain much about what I wanted and she already knew what I was taking about!She is current and up to date with all the new looks and the quality of it all is a 10.Seriously if you want to look young, modern and beautiful, this is the salon you want to go to to get what you need.??????!!!!!

Dawn is magic. She not only listens to what you say, she intuits further and then clarifies with you. She is truly engaged with her client and passionate about what she does. I visited Dawn at Parlour for an assist with face-framing layers to an existing long blunt cut. She understood exactly what I was looking for and more than delivered. Her cut looks natural, which takes artistry to achieve. I will be back to see Dawn.

The Parlour Salon is absolute perfection. Dawn worked her magic on my COVID hair that hadn't been touched for nine months and it's the best cut and color I've had (and I lived in NYC for 13 years). Dawn also cut my partner's hair and he looks fantastic. You should go for the hair, but you'll also love the inside of this salon. It's super clean and chic with its black & white theme and charming decor. Go now! ???

Recently moved to town and a little nervous about finding my new go to hair person. I am more than stoked to have found Dawn. She is amazing! Best haircut that I have had in years! She got rid of my grey too ;). I have wavy/curly hair so I NEVER have my hair blown out when I leave the salon (it just ends up a frizz ball). Dawn blew my hair out, I LOVE IT!! Definitely recommend Dawn for a great cut & color. Looks like I found my girl

This review is for Dawn; while she was very nice and I did like the salon, this is the reason I am afraid to get my hair cut. I love my long hair and am very protective over it...I've been growing it out for years and expressed I wanted a LONG look. I showed her a picture but she didn't seem to care or even try to ask me what I wanted. I'm not sure if I caught her on a bad day but she seemed in a rush and was not gentle with my hair...literally cut the knots out when she couldn't comb them out easily, ripped out my hair. She cut off about 4-6 inches and just kept cutting when I told her just the ends 1-2 inches max. my hair was past my belly button and now it is at my boobs. I was kind of shocked when I jumped off the chair but had hope that after I got home and styled it myself it could be ok..but my hair looks choppy and hideous. Now I will have to attempt to fix the bangs myself and grow it out for another 5-6 months....I wouldn't recommend.
