Great place. Comfortable parking for trailers and whatnot. The rv/boat storage doesn't have electricity...that's the only reason for not having a 5 star rating. I recommend this place. Convenient location. Easy in and out. Seems very secure. The address is incorrect. It's on Sims Way near the Wheel In Motor Movie and the U-Haul establishments.

I have had both trailer storage and a storage unit for 2 years. Cricket, the on-site manager, is the greatest. She is on top of it all - responsive, thorough and proactive. I've always felt my belongings were safe here. Highly recommend!

I would like to start by apologizing for my original review. That was supposed to be for Public Storage in Kent, Wa. My sister has a unit with this company and has for quite a while. The people are friendly, helpful and willing to work with people having a hard time. The units are clean and well secured. The location is perfect, right in town. This is a great business, these people know what they are doing.

It's a storage unit. The prices were OK, everyone was friendly. It's a convenient location, especially since it's right next to Goodwill.

Never been a customer. I just delivered some appliances from my company Albert Lee Appliance. Customer wasn't there before I arrived but the friendly woman working knew I was coming and led me in so I could get prepped for their delivery. She was very considerate and we had a good laugh when the gate didn't want to open for me to leave. She very promptly was out of her office and buzzing gate for me. Friendly service!

Be on the lookout for their annual community yard sale and fundraiser. It supports the local pet and people food banks. It is like visiting 20 yard sales if they were all on the same block, which is convenient. As for their storage, we have found it clean, dry, secure and accessible.
