Save yourself the horrific experience and keep driving! $8.49 for leather coated chicken strips and $2.39 for a little cup of Sweet Baby Rays High Fructose Corn Syrup. Their fuel prices are always higher than anyplace in the area. They are the least friendly folks behind the counter. Seriously, it would help if they smiled. I promise, you will not be when you walk of this place!

If I could give a zero I would. They are rude and unhelpful. They won't take all currency. Most definitely won't do anything that mean more work like manually putting in a debit card # . Terrible service and over priced everything.

If I could give this no stars then I would. I have been in this store many many times. I have only encountered two times where the employee who ran the cash register was actually nice. They gave me a receipt where I didn't have to ask gave me a bag for the couple of items I bought and thanked me for doing business with them. But that was probably 2 years ago. I don't know where they get the people to work here but I have usually found that the customer service in this store is horrible. Very unfriendly staff, rude, and you have to ask for a receipt and a bag. I'm not sure why the people who work there have a scowl on their face. But throughout the last 3 years even before I have gone in there it seems that the men are a tad bit friendlier but the women who work there are mean, rude, condescending, and just downright unfriendly.

Never been to this station but the lady that works there is amazing and a life saver for reals! Thank you for relaying the message to my husband about his boss being broke down at the other gas station today! That was the coolest thing anyone could have done especially today thank you so so much!!

I had come to Port-Townsend calling on a few potential customers. Came in from the east end of town thinking a soda would be nice, I stopped at this shell station/convenience store the aroma I hadn't inhaled for 3 years. You can find these places in larger cities they just fall way short on charterer and the feeling of actually being happy to see you. I drew the soda from the self serve machine walked by the display of fresh chicken,Joe's brats on a stick, then there's the Mac and Cheese asked for a small order. Reached for my wallet "nothing" went to the van checked my brief case "nothing", then the memory flash it's on the night stand at home. went back inside red faced and a dollar in change and an apology for the inconvenience. Asking if the dollar would suffice for the drink the gentleman replied hey no issue he would take care of it no I would just do the drink if he was fine with the dollar I had, again he replied he was fine and to enjoy the Mac and Cheese with the other two employees echoing his approval. This place Re-enforced why I enjoy the time I have to get out of town I head to the Coast. Other than the feeling of foolishness for ordering something I had no money to pay for I can add lack of getting their names to add to my note of gratitude for their understanding my situation. Any and every time I pass thru headed to Squim fishing or the loop with friends in town I will make the 15-20 minute side trip to stop by and invest in the ever disappearing home town atmosphere. Plenty of coffee and food options. The cashier was very friendly. I would definitely come back.

This Shell in the middle of nowhere on Highway 20 saved us while we were on a road trip and really needed to get some beverages. The store is clean, organized and the cashier was polite. Used the restroom which was pretty clean. Gigantic paddle attached to the key wasn't so the pile of paper towels came in handy.
