The new new owners, the sisters of the actual owner and all of their dad which is the original owner. His daughters the 2 ladies that do video of everyone's little spaces, then due to how much they charged and were willing to pay for that crazy upgrade of the blueish old-school trailer on the corner, yep that one that's worth at most 20,000 in mint condition, and it's not at all. Yeah the spent over $75,000 doing that upgrade. Yes those 2 women are so inconsiderate and rude. No sense of respect.

Nastiest car wash I've ever seen but you can't tell until after you pay and drive in. Also, whatever set up they've got going on took a chunk out of my wheel. Horrible. 0 stars.

The male worker who works in the back is an absolute dick head made my girlfriend very upset and yelled at her for reaching in the shelf to pull out a different drink not to mention he came right next to us and wasn't wearing a mask overall I'm disgusted wish there was a button for 0 stars!!!!

The manager described it as a "residential park" in order to get away with keeping money that no other RV park would try to get away with. When I first checked in I said I would leave when I started getting campground hosting assignments elsewhere. But when was I approved to be a monthly resident here after several days waiting elsewhere in the middle of the month for a background check they demanded to clear (which they made me pay for) I was told I had to pay for a complete month the first month and the second month would be a couple hundred dollars less to account for the partial first month. I immediately got a hosting assignment that had me leaving at the end of the month. Not only was I refused any refund to square up what I should have paid for the partial month but I was told that if I left after 10:00 am on the first of the month I would be charged $35 for that day. (Charging a nightly fee more than twice as expensive as that portion of the monthly fee appears to be evidence that it IS an RV park despite the lame excuse the manager gave me - saying "this is a residential park, not an RV park" - for taking my money in a way that no other RV park in my experience has ever handled things. Their own sign labels it as an RV park. Think I will take them to small claims court to get the couple hundred bucks they owe me back... otherwise I would have considered looking past the few meth heads living here and coming back to stay at this place.)

Really great price, nice location, decent homes. Good for long term RVs, not sure about the mobile home section how that works, but RV spots are quite and clean.
