The most amazing custom goldsmith and jeweler we've ever visited. Coins, rings, necklaces, and more are all incredible and unique. Also, really appreciate Tim mostly uses 18K to 24K gold for his work. Really cool artist. Definitely worth visiting if you're looking for special treasures.

After stopping for lunch at Sirens, in the same building, we wandered into Itali Lambertini on our way out of the building, not sure what we would encounter within. Jewelry, obviously, but our experience ended up being much more rewarding! We struck up a casual conversation with the owners, Tim and Sheryl, and ended up just completely falling in love with them as people. We discussed all sorts of things, from travel, our hometowns, our wedding last year, wedding dresses, Port Townsend, our families, their business(es), and a half dozen other topics, losing track of time, and putting a smile on our faces. Are all people in Port Townsend this friendly and personable? We didn't end up purchasing anything, but my wife and I were both fascinated with the quality of work performed here. We were given a tour of the whole place, including the out-of-sight workshop, and several truths became apparent as a result. Tim is obviously a master goldsmith (30+ years experience!), a fact to which the backlog of work orders shown to us can attest! The work performed here is obviously a labor of love, as well as an expression of creativity, and both husband and wife manage the operation with skill, finesse, personality and efficiency. They are able to set realistic expectations on turnaround time for each order, ensuring that no customer ends up being disappointed, or with a false sense of delivery.Additionally, several handcrafted, unique pieces are on display, in various windowed nooks within the plastered walls on either side. Each piece is a marvel in itself; a piece to be worn proudly and glamorously by its owner or recipient.Although we weren't in the market for jewelry during our visit, we were nevertheless dazzled by the things we saw at Itali Lambertini, but more importantly, we were positively enchanted by its owners; two incredible people whom I wish nothing but success and happiness in all of their endeavors. Although brief, our encounter with Tim and Sherly was less *conversation* and more *connection*, and that sort of thing is worth far more than its weight in gold.

Tim worked with me on my design for a necklace for my wife. His suggestions we're spot on. Then he executed the piece with spectacular craftsmanship. My wife was speechless Christmas morning ?
