Clean store yet prices are too high for local fixed income folks. I also wrote a similar post to their website, got the same form letter/excuse that they must consider sufficient. Now I just won't go in at all. My loss

I have been to this store many many times since it's opening. I have bought a lot of things from here. A lot of things that were very very expensive. Even during covid I shot here. Sometimes this store has a lot of terrific things moderately priced. Other times the furniture the couches or other items are really way overpriced. I don't know who does the pricing or suggestion but a lot of things you get are kind of crummy and they're overpriced. You have to realize that we are going into the year 2024 and inflation is very out of control and only rich people can afford to buy a table and chairs for their dining room and pay $700 for it. That's like brand new at a furniture store why are we going to come to your store and buy it? And sometimes ear things are moderately priced I just don't know who does the pricing maybe a group should be doing it instead of one person because as of September 2023 your prices were out of control to be honest. I saw an amazing electric faux fireplace in the store you wanted practically $800 for it by the time that taxes were put on it it would have been about $900. I went online founded at Amazon founded at a couple of furniture stores and it was way cheaper like 4 or $500 cheaper. Again who prices these things? I know the money goes to help people build homes. But you need people to buy the things I guess only rich people can shop at your store. I'm truly disappointed. And again why do the volunteers stay behind the sales desk? I guess I will have to call in and speak to the manager about this again. This has happened numerous times. It's like the little old ladies like to have that personal discussion about whatever their topic of the day is and stand behind that desk and not move around. There's about five customers in the store and they will stand there and chit chat about their day they're shopping experience their neighbors and whatever's going on and their neighborhood and the whole story can hear them. We're not there to listen to their personal conversation we're there the shop and we don't feel like we should have to go all the way to the front of the store to find them and possibly interrupt their personal conversations.

The store wasn't what I expected. We walked through & looked at the furniture, but weren't interested in buying. The store came across as an upscale second hand place. We were the only customers at the time.

I have gone to this store many many times. When this store first opened up it was filled with a lot of stuff. Items for the kitchen items for the living room the bedroom at that time they did so mattresses and they even had really cool headboards but you can't sell mattresses anymore especially if they're used. But they had material and patterns and a few little toys and lots of pictures so the stores seem fully stocked. But they were pretty pricey some things cheaper some things way overpriced. And it's gone through some changes with management and people who volunteer and actually work there and the items that were donated there couches sofas tables and such were high quality things. Maybe not always the most updated items but clean no spots no stinky smell nice stuff might be a little overpriced but you knew when you were buying something from there and it was furniture you were going to have any creepy crawlies come at you.I have bought many different things from there anywhere from a cup to a book to very nice pictures. I have had really nice people they were either volunteers or management wait on me they were knowledgeable and very friendly. I've also walked through that store and had no one even that an eye at me. And that's really bad customer service.Today I visited there and the store was pretty empty probably five people in the store I walked in two people behind the counter talked to this woman who I believe was buying something or going to be donating something don't know don't care. However the two volunteers or employees didn't call out to me and say Hi how are you if you need something let us know it doesn't take two people to stand behind the counter and shoot the breeze with one person. One person behind the counter the other person walking about the store I could have ripped off a lot of stuff there today if I had been a dishonest person. The last time this happened it was ladies who were older. I don't know why they feel they don't need to say hi to everybody and ignore them. But for some reason the storm was pretty slim pickings I want to say of things lots of tables and little chachkies and a few pictures not really a lot. I can't believe things are bought quickly in the store like that. I think maybe people aren't donating as much. because you can sell it online at so many different places they're just not getting the donations they used to.But I think I'm going to just wait a few months and go back again and see if I get the same treatment of being totally ignored by the employees. If that happens I will directly contact management. If I wanted to be ignored I would go up the hill to the other thrift store which sometimes is just as expensive but the funds don't stay locally. I hope that someone will see this and have a little talk to these older ladies.

They've got it all here, except clothes. All the household goods u could want. Fast turnover so visit often to find ur faves.

Store is clean, organized and always has plenty of volunteers available to assist you. All that said, limited selection (sometimes very undesirable furnishings) and at times inventory is very low.Many times prices are unreasonably high for many items.Overall a nice experience but definitely not geared towards limited budgets or low income families.
