We have been taking our dog to Dog Townsend for over a year now, and we couldn't be happier with the care and attention our fur-baby receives! The staff at Dog Townsend is incredibly kind and thoughtful, always going the extra mile to ensure that every dog feels loved and safe. Our dog absolutely adores her time there and comes home happy and tired from all the fun. We truly appreciate the dedication and love the team at Dog Townsend shows, making it a fantastic place for any dog. Highly recommend!

My concerns are regarding the compromised safety of my dog after going a day and half without his collar due to their actions. The issue of removing his collar without my permission and lack of communication in a timely manner when it was left there was not resolved to my satisfaction due to one of the owners refused to make an agreement to contact me if it should happen again. BACKGROUND INFO:: My dogs have been going to DT for over a year. To be fair, I rated them 3 stars, for except this incident, the staff have been very conscientiousabout about their safety in playing and eating the proper food.. At no time, did anyone previously mention that their leather collars could be hazardous and plastic ones would be safer. While my male *************** was boarded for the day on Feb. 28, 2023, one of the staff noticed his leather collar, took it off as precautionary measure, and did not put it back on him nor give it to me when I picked him up.. NO one called me that afternoon or the next day to say the collar was there. It wasn't until the next afternoon that I noticed it was gone while brushing him. After looking around the house thinking it might have dropped off somehow, I called them just in case they found it.
