I find it hard to believe the spoiled, entitled and arrogant reviews of some people here. Having lived in costa rica for 20 years, I’ve had to patiently wait at a bank for 1/2 hour to 2 days for a transaction - and sometimes the transaction never works. And by the way, Chase is the number one bank for a reason.

I have had 2 accounts at 2 different towns and the folks in both have been very friendly and helpful. When I was at the Freeland branch, they would welcome me by name and were eager to help me with whatever issue I had. At this 2nd branch, they are very kind and happy to help also and took care of changing over the names on my account which meant I had a different account number, which was fine. It's become my go to branch when I have questions.

I was a private chase client for years. Due to the fact that Chase pays .2% interest instead of other banks paying 4% interest (200 times more), I took some funds out of Chase. Still have almost $100k in Chase accounts and they started to charge me a $35 per month service fee with no notice and they won't credit those fees. SHAME ON CHASE FOR TREATING THEIR CLIENTS THIS WAY!!! I WOULDN'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK!! THEY PROVIDE NO VALUE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!

Unfortunately with Chase policy’s, procedures, and corporate compliance’s, you NEVER know what checks will be available the next day or 10 days later. (Even when you have a positive balance). I have a adoption support check I received every month from the state of WA. Sometimes there is a 10 day hold and sometimes there isn’t. It all depends on their messes up system. The “lock” card does not work for purchases that are automatic. The fees are ridiculous. This is NOT a good bank!

Tried twice on two different days to open aan account. First time the only person that could help us had a dr. appt. Second time at1:45 he was at lunch. We will go to another bank.

Rude and short handed. Either hire more staff or close your doors. I dont need to be waiting all day.
