“Scott and crew replaced my truc's back glass in 2022. The guard on the the sliding window heat cable was left off, but not noticed by me until late 2025. I took the truck back for them to install the guard and it was noticed that a heat cable was frayed. My window was replaced at no charge the next week.

During the new glass installation, one of the techs noticed my 3rd brake light had a loose screw, he removed the light, dried the interior and revealed the light.

Lastly, Two vinyl stickers on the old glass was even removed and installed on the new glass!
