This is my first time ordering from them, and my first time ordering flowers ever. I called in on Friday to get two bouquets ordered to be delivered today, Saturday. The woman I talked with was very kind and patient with me and my questions. Since I live in Spokane and couldn't just go in and pick out flowers I left it up to them to design the bouquets within a budget. They did a wonderful job, both ladies who received them loved them. I'm very glad I found you guys and thank you for doing such a wonderful job so quickly.

This is the first time I've purchased flowers from a local florist here in PO. I know prices will be more expensive at a mom and pop, and I'm in complete support of purchasing small business. We asked for a bouquet of any pink flowers they had that they could make for $30. They said they had three pink flowers available- carnations, daisies, and a type of rose. We came to pick it up a few hours later, and there are a total of TWELVE. FLOWERS. AND she handed it over and asked for $45. Three roses, three daisies, six carnations. This is a very small bouquet, if you can't picture twelve flowers. That is almost $4 a flower. And 3/4 of them are basic and common. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. This is actually kind of ridiculous and I'm really bummed. I'm supposed to be taking these to an event where we share a flower bouquet of a color theme and then all separate them and make our own bouquets. And this is what I'm bringing. Suffice to say, I'll be stopping by Fred Meyers or Safeway on the way there to supplement this, where the bouquet will be there times as big for half the price.

I called early this morning to send flowers from a local Kirkland florist for a family member who lives out there. They responded later in the morning with a picture of the proposed floral arrangement which appeared very similar to the one I had selected from their online store. It was beautiful and I think the recipient will love it! Thanks for your extraordinary design work!

Horrible. $80+ for six wilted roses in a vase with greenery too short to reach water (falls out). No effort to cut or arrange the flowers. Looks like they were just stuck in the vase. After years of ordering here the value has been going downhill progressively. Last purchase ever. You’ve lost a long- term customer.

What a joke this florist is!!! My husband has sent me flowers from this florist every year for Valentines. He pays $200 each year. Last year they brought me a terrible excuse for 12 roses; had to redo; they appologized profusely. Same issue this year. Arrived with roses bottom petals drooping, wilted greenery and only 11 roses. They said they will send new flowers on FRIDAY, today is Tuesday, the 13th...I am asking that husband get a full refund! We will see what happens.

Just discovered this gem in Queen Anne. I love the way I received a photo of the arrangement prior to delivery so I could make nd changes/additions to what I selected. No need…. It was perfect. Love the colors and airiness of the arrangement. I know my daughter will be thrilled !
