Nathan Morgan is the greatest tech i have ever had the pleasure of speaking to. Knowledgable, polite, understanding and does phenomenal work. Wiley’s is lucky to have such an expert at their shop. 6/5 stars

I do not recommend this shop.
1. There is 0 communication about your vehicle unless you call them. Went 6 days without any information.
2. The front desk receptionist can become quite rude once she is frustrated with you asking questions about your vehicle because the story on why it should stay longer is continuously changing.
3. Your car will not be ready by the days put on the estimate as " it is not correct it is just a number of days we put. They will extend the repair and tell you they don't know when it will be ready.
4. When calling on the 6th day I was informed my car was going to be ready by the date they told insurance and just needed to add clear paint. 2 hours later " there is a part missing, but we ordered it and will add it.
Next day " so frustrating when parts arrive damaged"
When calling on the day I was promised a call the story changed again and I was informed that because they don't like how the car looks so they won't return it.
And due to the damage they have to start over with the painting process.
I informed the receptionist I would be stopping by, and she became extremely rude and hung up as soon as possible.
5.The morning I went in to check my car, I had received a notification from my car app that it was in downtown Port Orchard, 3 miles from the shop.
Upon arrival my car looked ready, to which he showed me a HUGE chip in the bumper that was obviously done after the car was finished. When asking when the car will be ready since I was assured the part arrived the previous day, the mechanic quickly said " we are unsure because he stopped by, and left with the part".
I informed them I would be informing my insurance.
Casually enough the car was ready that day.

Would give zero stars if I could. Took my vehicle here for repairs after being rear-ended. Dropped it off November 13th, told MAX 3 weeks to repair. It's now December 26th and still no vehicle or communication. I've been out of work over a month because of this. Called last week and was told they were ONLY waiting on glass. After driving by to see; they had no done any repairs. They removed the bumper and slapped some duct tape on the hatch. Nothing else had been done. Was told I'd get it back Tuesday. It's now Tuesday and I can't get ahold of them. Calls and e-mails are ignored. If you have to get repairs I recommend finding somewhere else. This place is shady.

HORRIBLE!!! Do NOT take your car here! I got in an accident and needed an inspection done, THEY NEVER LOOKED UNDER THE HOOD! Turns out I had things shifted around in there, and after specifically promising me that it was safe I learned I had been leaking brake fluid. They did not own up to the fact they never checked it accordingly, and after I let them know what happened since seeing them, they acted as if it wasn't "routine" to look under the hood of a car for an inspection. I could not be any more angry with them and now that the ESTIMATE IS WRONG (since they only looked at it cosmetically) it has been a pain with insurance to fix it properly. I would NOT TRUST them with your car!!

Got a dent in my truck bed side and they fixed it like it never happened. Black metal flake paint on a body line. Erased. Most shops need a little nudge to let you know what's going on, they are no different.Once they started repairs, they kept me posted and had it done far ahead of the estimated time. That's luck of the draw because some repairs do take longer. This kind of work is an art form and they have it figured out.

They need to get a key drop. We have used them for years.. but every time we try to drop a car off the night before, there is NO key drop, so we have to take time off from work to drop the keys off in the morning. This is a huge inconvenience because they don't open until 8 am and we are done by 5:30 am.Also they did a repaint touch up on our sports car due to fire damage - yes they painted it, but I swear it looked better before... the pain "matches" but not impressive.. somethings just not right.

I wasn't even given a chance to become a customer, because they "don't accept vehicles that need to be towed in". It's a collision repair center, but they don't work on wrecked vehicles that need to be towed? Weird. Kevin said it is because they "don't want to get stuck with it". Seemed like an odd (and unnecessary and somewhat rude) thing to say to a potential customer, especially after I mentioned that I have AAA, and can have my car towed back home after they prepare the estimate. AAA does tow both ways. Maybe Wiley's isn't aware of that? They also can't get to anyone's cars for at least six months, "December at the earliest". This was, again, according to Kevin. Don't waste your time.

I do NOT recommend Wileys! Especially if you are a women with an older car. I came to pick up my 2007 4 runner and I noticed the BUMPER was NOT ALIGNED properly, the bumper was touching the metal at the wheel well and the gap got bigger going out towards the end of my bumper. I checked the other side and it was perfectly spaced from wheel well to the back end. I then noticed raised BUMPS in the CLEAR COAT. I brought my concerns up to Dave Nichols. I had only been looking for a few minutes and he rudely said "I DON'T HAVE ALL DAY TO WAIT FOR YOU TO MAKE UP YOUR MIND! " I then told him to keep it and fix the issues. He called me a few days later said they fixed the bumper, I said great! What about the bumps in the clear coat? He told me "DUE TO INDUSTRY STANDARDS AND THE AGE OF MY VEHICLE that some defects were allowed." I said so you are telling me that because my vehicle is older the WORK DOES NOT NEED TO BE DONE CORRECTLY? He said YES! I then accidentally received a rude email Dave sent my insurance saying that "There are underlying issues with this customer" "She simply does not want to pick up her vehicle." "Maybe she doesn't have money for the deductible?" "It is a red flag she went over her vehicle with a fine tooth comb" I was told by my insurance company to check the work and NOT pick my vehicle up if it was not fixed properly! Who doesn't look at there vehicle to check work that was done to it? If the work had been done properly when I first came, I would of already picked it up! Money was not an issue! The way I was talked to and treated was! I also found damage that was not there when I dropped the vehicle off, which I did not notice when I first looked at my car. They need to walk around the car WITH the customer when it is first dropped off and have them agree and sign off on what damage was preexisting, the condition of the car, and take date and time stamped photos. I felt they greatly exaggerated my vehicle condition, especially the interior. I will be telling all my friends about this experience and I will not be going here ever again!
