This store is within walking distance from me. So, it's an easy place for me to pick up an item, or two. The entire staff is typically great, and friendly. However, the one male employee that runs the registers at night has zero customer-service, or social skills. I leave feeling like I am a burden, and not a customer. He pulled out his phone twice during our most recent, and brief transaction. Projectjng apathy the entire time.
Yes, I rolled in 20 minutes before close, but I don't think that's unreasonable. I grabbed what I needed, and was out of the check-out queue by quarter till.
It just takes one bad employee to chase customers away. He's terrible, and needs to be politely pointed in a different career direction.

I left this pharmacy because of a worker but I recently found out she quit so I came back. I love the new store manager Shirely she is a hoot! The pharmacy crew seem so much happier now. Chance is wonderful like always. Laci is a doll always making me smile with her goofiness. Rose is so friendly. Shauna is so helpful with any issues I have. The new people are nice also (I'm learning names still lol) keep up the great work guys and gals! I know it's tough right now because people suck but you guys got this!!

Went in to drop off film to get developed from a 35mm roll I found. Dropped it off and we never received a phone call. My wife stopped by about a month after I dropped off the roll and they said that if you didn’t get a phone, they are not ready. Time goes by and no phone call. I stop by to today to check on my pictures and I was told that they were returned because they were not claimed and destroyed. Good job for destroying memories that I won’t get back.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at Walgreens this afternoon (unfortunately, not my first). After calling to confirm that 2 prescriptions would be ready for pick-up after 2:00pm, I made the drive to the pharmacy. When I arrived, I was informed that somehow in the few hours since I spoke to pharmacy staff, they had decided that they would not refill one of my prescriptions. I talked to the pharmacy tech, Shawna, and I explained the extenuating circumstances, but Shawna decided that she somehow knew better than my primary care doctor of 12 years regarding my medication regimen and stubbornly dug-in on the issue. I did not realize that Walgreens pharmacy techs now trump primary care doctors when it comes to decisions about the most appropriate treatment planning for patients, but my family certainly does not prescribe to that rationale, and we will be finding a new pharmacy following this final straw with Walgreens.Pro-Tip: The pharmacy options in Port Orchard are pretty dismal. I suggest looking for better options in Silverdale or Gig Harbor. I am convinced its worth the drive.

Your cashier today 1/8 is sneezing all over the place. Watched him blow his nose afterwards and did not even bother to sanitize his hands. This is absolutely disgusting. Especially since you have a lot of the elder community coming in here for their prescriptions. Please train your staff or allow them to have the sick day.

The pharmacist refused to fill my prescription because the prescriber is out of State. The prescriber called the pharmacist directly but the fill was still refused. This practice does not correlate with current Washington State law or the DEA extension for access to telehealth medicine. I feel discrimination and have emailed customer relations. Do better Walgreens and educate your pharmacist.

Just had a prescription sent from urgent care to walk in at 1:15pm and the pharmacy was closed. Long line for the lab but pharmacy hours sign had posted hours saying it should be open, nothing about being closed for lunch. Long lines at registers. Then posted on Facebook someone's car was broken into this afternoon.

My prescription cost me $120, my MD said that was too high and to try savon. My next refill cost $48. Something fishy here

I went inside Walgreens to go get my blood drawn at LabCorp. There were about five people ahead of me. About half of them were there to get an injection though. I waited about 10 minutes before they called me back. There was one lady there ahead of me who made her appointment online but I was called in before her. So I'm not sure if I would recommend doing that. My lab technician was new to the job but professional and kind and thorough. Everybody has to be new sometimes. I felt safe as far as universal precautions. I will continue to go there for my blood draws.
