I went inside Walgreens to go get my blood drawn at LabCorp. There were about five people ahead of me. About half of them were there to get an injection though. I waited about 10 minutes before they called me back. There was one lady there ahead of me who made her appointment online but I was called in before her. So I'm not sure if I would recommend doing that. My lab technician was new to the job but professional and kind and thorough. Everybody has to be new sometimes. I felt safe as far as universal precautions. I will continue to go there for my blood draws.

Friendly staff but I'm extremely frustrated with the sale and coupon system. Everytime I go in a sale or coupon isn't honored or I'm misled by a sales sign. (The last time a coupon was honored I was made to feel like a burden and annoyance to the store manager. I'm not sure if he is still the manager I haven't seen him there since) I stopped shopping here a while ago but went in recently for a sale. I ended up not buying anything. I'm not shopping here anymore. I'll go to Rite Aid instead.

Love how friendly and helpful the staff were to me. Store was clean and had everything I was looking for. I did notice a few things missing on shelves. But that wasn't a problem for me.

These workers are doing their best. I see some of you have never worked in a pharmacy or some where that is severely under staffed. Shame on you guys for complaining about the wait times I bet half of you that left bad reviews couldn't last 2 hours back there. The poor girl (Laci) on Saturday that was stuck by herself did wonderful while the supervisor just kept giving her the run around about getting her help and refusing to help. How would you feel being screamed at constantly for something out of your control. And so what if they opened late on Saturday that m millering was complaining about stuff happens because of short staffing. If you guys can't stand going here then leave because I'm pretty sure the staff doesn't care and gets tired of your attitudes and it might be nice to get a break from constant complaining I'm a long time customer and yes I had to wait on Saturday also but I didn't give anyone issues because I understand so instead of being ungrateful jerks maybe show these people some gratitude and be nice and understand where they are coming from because I'm sure they are aware on how you feel

This just might be the slowest drive thru on the planet. Last time I came here there were four cars in line. In the time it took me to circle the building, park, go in on my crutches, get my meds, and leave... The line had moved up by one car. Today when I pulled up there was just one car at the window. I have no idea how long they had been there but it took six minutes from the time I arrived for them to get their prescription. I was told to wait and sat there a few minutes. I'm not sure why as there was nobody at the inside counter. By the time I finally got my pre-paid order it had been twelve minutes total.Update: I didn't think it was possible but this place is somehow getting even worse. Today I was the fourth car in line and it still took 24 minutes to get my prescription.Update 7.29: I can't give less than one star. Despite their own recording insisting the pharmacy was open at 09:00, nobody bothered to show up til 09:30.

The pharmacy is an absolute joke. Closed constantly due to no staff. Wait times are RIDICULOUS. Go anywhere else but Walgreens.

I don't think I have ever been more frustrated than right now. I have tried to speak to someone at Walgreens about some photographes I want to pick up. Well, first, they don't let you pick up unless you fill out the form about the person picking up entering their address.etc etc then ship to: I WANT TO PICK UP Too bad fill that out all of it or you won't get your pictures....Nobody working in the photo department so the nice gal in a different department will help you while she helps somebody else. Do you sense I am totally frustrated, almost mad? You will be right. Unbelievable,.....I always thought Walgreens was the place to get your photographs, so now I need to find a different place and I know, there will not be anything else here where I live. I am sorry to have to make this negative review but it is absolutely true. I am still trying to pay for my photos so my son can pick up my order........ NOPE! First they want your ship to address. Don't tell them you don't want them to ship. They won't let you get your pictures........................

No customer service & the pharmacy never answers their phone. I phoned them an hour before I left home. No answer. I'm still on hold when I show up at the pharmacy. I put my phone on speaker & showed it to the pharmacist so he could see how long I'd been on hold & their phone and was STILL ringing. I will never shop there again.

Convenient place to go for pre-employment drug screening. The ladies in the lab were very professional.Picked up a few things that I needed that I didn’t know they carried. Store is well stocked and clean. Friendly staff.

Do not trust the website when it says something is in stock. Went in and what I was looking for was not on the shelf. Just the empty spot. Walked up front, waited to ask someone. Manager standing right at the front doing something with product on a shelf ignored me. Then he finally called a young woman over from the photo counter without even speaking to me or asking me what I needed. I explained to her it shows in stock on their website. She was very polite and said they can check in back and asked me to show her the product I was looking for. At this point the manager stepped in and told me "we can not look in back for you, come back in a day or two" this is why everyone is skipping local businesses and going to Amazon.

Whatever you do, don't send your prescription to this Walgreens. They take literal days to fill everything and anything. Customer service is also horrid. Don't recommend at all, if I could give 0 stars I would !

I was in on Saturday 11/12/22 around 7pm and had to pick up some photos. I only had to wait a short time before Haley helped me out. She was so polite and asked me how my day was. I had been having a not so great day and so it was really nice to have this kind interaction. After she processed my payment I shopped around and was in the candy isle when I overheard her interacting with a employee. They had a quick conversation and after she told her employee to have a great break and she would see her after. I was so impressed that she was not just polite to her customers bu her staff too. I complimented her when I bought the candy and she explained to me that having a good attitude really sets the tone for the day and she is so correct. We can all do a better job at this. You have a terrific employee Walgreens!

The way the pharmacy techs speak to people, especially those that are older and possibly hard of hearing is borderline offensive. I sat and waited for my prescription for 20 minutes and observed absolutely unfriendly and short tempered behavior from two of the female techs that were supposed to be assisting other customers. The gentleman that assisted me was friendly and helpful, while the other women spoke to me and other customers like we were a massive inconvenience and they wanted to make that clear. I totally understand that this job is difficult, and some days people aren’t always friendly and that can be stressful. However, being rude to customers who are just trying to get their meds and be in and out without causing any problems, is mind boggling. I’ve had issues with one of the ladies multiple times now, cutting me off mid sentence or just being short in general despite my friendly disposition. The polite people are the ones that you should be patient with, otherwise you’re just creating a hostile environment for everyone, including yourself.
