Staples store in Port Orchard Washington, 98366 has the worst customer service that I've seen in over 16 years of shopping at this location. They pick to help some customers over others regardless of how long they've been standing there. I recommend everyone to not shop there. Maybe another location would be better I don't know but if I could rate less than a one I would. I'll see where else to leave a crappy rating to match the worst service that I've seen in a long time. It's sad that staples has been reduced to how they are now. Very unfortunate.

The employees at Staples were awesome! They helped me with printing jobs and with an Amazon return. Very friendly staff!!!

Brought in three Amazon returns. One for some reason wasn’t coming up as Staples, but we have never returned with Amazon anywhere else so I wasn’t sure why. The Staples employee told me to cancel the return.
Amazon then wouldn’t let me resubmit the return, as the Staples employee said they would. Which led me to a 10 minute search to find a number to contact Amazon. Then a half hour phone call which ended in me having to pay $6 out of pocket to return this when I could have returned it for free had I not clicked cancel like the Staples employee told me. Over 40 minutes of time and $6 wasted for listening to the store employee.

I have been shopping at Staples for over 20 years and today I was blessed to be served by the best employee that I have ever been helped by. Her name is Indika and she was more knowledgeable than any other associate at any Staples store that I've done business with.
She managed to help me and 5 or 6 other people all at the same time. She definitely gets 10 stars and above from this happy customer!!!

The Amazon return line is not being helped sufficiently. No one will answer the phone. This was at 1540 on a Wednesday afternoon. Where is the Manager?

Took my Amazon return to Staples. Amazon and 2 banners in the store promised a $10 coupon.Return took forever. Clerk tried 3 time before she got it right and I was handed a 15^ off coupon.When I asked, I was told the promotion was over and that they "would try" to take the banners downVery bad customer service and first experience.

I have elderly parents that were doing medical paperwork, had to fax...not lots of understanding of how faxing works. Always when I have taken him in they were helpful throughout the process helping and explaining. It had been a while, he was having trouble with the whole process this time and i thought oh it will be okay as they are helpful but, when they went in they got a lady that was rude, parked them at a huge machine that was totally intimidating and was very rude when they had to ask questions. They were very upset when they returned home..on top of that it was 46 dollars for their "med assistance" paperwork. We will find another helpful place to fax. Maybe Office Depot...it is not okay to get that kind of treatment, especially with one in a walker and the other a cane. So disgusted......also she was a manager or something not the girl behind the counter..

Thank you so much Tevin for coming in during your day off so everyone that had an appointment could get their appointment they had for TSA.He was very accommodating and kind to those who walked up and those who had appointments.Really appreciate the effort and commitment to help customers out when he did not have to cover for anyone, as I drove from far away ??????

Did TSA pre check here and it was quick and easy. (No more than 10 min)Asked where car cell phone holders and was told were they were but service was nothing special.Received coupon after paying.

I went in to the store today to grab a few things and have my passport photos done. The staff was attentive to my needs and were extremely helpful. I encountered a few associates while I was there and they all went above and beyond to assist me in a few different departments. Everyone seemed to enjoy their job. It really made my day to encounter such wonderful, consistent and friendly customer service. I rarely go into this store but I will be shopping here more often!

When my daughters homeschool laptop died I took it to staples. I bought it here and have always got great customer service over the years with it. They have kept us up and running. This time the hard drive crashed. The manager Robert was amazing. We were going to send it out for repair but I was worried about my kid falling behind. He fixed it in store instead in 2 days over the weekend. I'm writing this review because during our conversation Robert shared that he was dealing personally with some serious health issues. I realized that although a broken school laptop is important to my life we have no idea what kinds of things the people in our community who are there to help us are going through themselves. I want to publicly thank Robert for his attention to my need and his professionalism and sharing his computer expertise and let him know I'm praying for him that God restores his health as we need his passion in Port Orchard. I would highly recommend Staples for your all your computing needs. Christina Atwood
