If I could give less than 1 star for a review I would ! Adelaide is a liar and a thief I would never trust her with anything let alone my most prized collection. She is extremely unprofessional and smokes meth!

Do NOT give a deposit to this company, as it states on invoice, the 50% deposit is required to START work and to hold our place in line. She has sat on my $1000.00 since April and I have heard every excuse in the world. Her invoice also says no refund BUT she has never started any work. I have text to quote her words, stating the boat would be done May 27, she was a no show. She has lost her phone, truck broken into, and then an allergic reaction to her hands that she said she was in and out of hospital for. I have tried working with this woman and just want my deposit back as she broke every promise and I fully believe she never intended to do the job. She text June 6, she was giving me a free wash, only to leave her equipment on my boat and never has returned, now I have to store that or leave on dock?? I have pending complaint with Attorney General's office. Try to be honest Adelaide and give back my deposit!

getting her to show up..keeps promising to get to our boat and hasn't shown up each time. The detailing project is over a month late in starting. Placed our deposit over two months ago. We feel we are getting bumped for other more lucrative jobs at this point.

Adelaide turned a nice looking boat in to a showroom condition boat. The job she did on the exterior above-water part of our Hunter 41DS was nothing short of spectacular. We're overwhelmed. As I guess I'm trying to convey ... she is really really good!!!Service: Boat cleaning

Adelaide did a spectacular job. She turned a good looking Hunter 41DS into a showroom condition. We were extremely pleased with the effort. We are hard pressed to understand how anyone could have had anything but a superlative experience with her as she is friendly, cooperative, and a hard worker. And as we said, the boat looked absolutely spectacular when she was done.

Ship Happens Marine was really easy to work with and did a great job on my Bayliner 285. She was able to remove old stains that I thought were permanent, cleaned and waxed the boat back to factory shine. She also did a great job on detailing the Sun bridge area as well as removing all the water spots off my windows. I will continue to use Ship Happens Marine to keep my boat looking Great!

What we had done, and our experience with Ship Happens Marine. Got gelcoat repair done on a 2002 Sea-Doo Speedster. The lady was very friendly and polite. She did show up to work without her tools to do the actually work. She let me know that had gotten locked out of the marina and couldn't get her tools but would be back in a couple hours. It took about 4 hours for her to get back and get started. I understand thangs can happen so no stars were dinged for that. As far as the actual gelcoat/fiberglass work the color match was terribly off, it had small pits when it dried and also had like a clay or matte-ish. The work done to the hull wasn't color matched either and seemed as if it was painted to match the color. Also the texture wasn't smooth like gelcoat. Had I known in advance it wouldn't be color matched, have a smooth finish, I'd had done it myself. I hired a professional to have that skill set and experience in an area I had none. She did offer to come and spray the boat to color match said areas free of charge, but I could tell I didn't want anything else done from gelcoat wise from them that point forward. Again the owner was very nice and as a person I'd rate her 5 stars. She was only there one day so I have minimal interaction with her but she was nice. But as far as gelcoat work goes I wouldn't use her again sadly. I see they do offer services outside of that repair like shrink wrapping and detailing. My review is based solely on gelcoat repair done and nothing else. I almost forgot she did remove so obnoxious stickers and old deck mat adhesive off the boat and polished it up. That part would fall into the detailing category and looked 1000x better than it was, and I was impressed with that.
