Our hair expert Holly recently moved to this location. The wifey and I have been going to Holly for a couple of years now. We've followed her when she changed locations, because she's great at what she does. I am a guy in his 50's that is slowly losing the battle of hair retention, and she always manages to make my hair look great. It only took about 2 times for her to figure out what I'd like, and for her to get it done right.
My wife does all the girl things. Cut, style, color, etc. What we appreciate about Holly is that she will tell you when she thinks you should do something different, or not do something that you want. She's looking out for the overall health of your hair, and if you request something that will damage it, she'll let you know, even though she's probably losing out on more money for herself. Most salons will let you damage your hair, then in 2 weeks, help you repair the damage at an additional cost. I appreciate that she is there for you and your looks!
We will continue to go to her for our needs, and highly recommend Holly to anyone that is looking for that long term expert to take care of your hair needs.

I've been seeing Holly for the past few months. I have very curley hair and she is excellent with color and cuts and just the sweetest person. Very reasonable prices too, I highly recommend her!

10 stars!I'm so happy with my experience. I get rejected by a lot of businesses because of the disability accommodation I need (music turned off), but Joni totally worked with me without making me feel like a burden, then gave me a *smashing haircut and style. She really listened, but was already reading my hair correctly anyway. I highly recommend her to all my curly friends!

I do not come to this salon regularly, I booked an apt here because I was desperate to get my hair fixed. I’m mixed & have curly hair that’s extremely thick & frizzy. I originally went somewhere that didn’t know what they were doing and they botched my hair cut. So I went to serenity to get it fixed because they were the only curly hair salon that could get me in ASAP.The gal who cut my hair is not their designated diva curl specialist, but I wouldn’t have known the difference if she didn’t say!She did an amazing job on my hair and gave me layers that make it so easy to style my hair now.It takes a lot of trust for me to allow someone to do my hair because not everyone is able to do it. So i was relieved to realize these were stylist who knew what they were doing and we’re gonna take care of me. Will definitely be returning!Service: Hairstyling

Joni is the BEST! Got a curly cut from her for my wavy hair. I only have a slight/loose natural wave but she made my texture really stand out and helped me with tips to wear it naturally. Can’t wait to see her again :)

The stylists at Serenity are very polite and do all you ask for, they are very prices are reasonable. They sit on Bay St so you not only get a great cut but also a great view. I won't go anywhere else

Susie is a great stylist. She did some color and a haircut today. she is amazing. I love the way it turned out. made sure she did exactly what I wanted.
