“Not this location: The first location I went to near the Gorst gas station was not only in an unmarked locksmith shop, but the man inside was of no help and directed me to the app. When I explained the app didn't work he told me to call the phone line for them to do it. I was super confused on why he refused to help.
This location: When I booked online they send me to the ABC Boats and RV uhaul rental location and I was greeted by one of the most helpful men. I'm embarrassed to say I didn't get his name. The quoted price online was easily a few hundred Dollars which he said was ridiculous for me traveling close to about 7 miles away. He cancelled that order. As his local system was down, he used his own phone to help me book(because my app wasn't working still) and found a way to make the total close to a quarter of the original charge before taxes and fees for 1 day of use. I ended up calling him early the next day and asking to extend the return time. He said I could drop it off the same time the following day. Due to some familial chaos and a short trip to the hospital later, I sadly wasn't able to use the 2nd day I paid for and I returned the truck early. He was so kind as to not hold me to that 2nd days cost and show me some human kindness. A truly positive and kind man.”

“Tonya the property manager definitely gets 5 stars plus. Pricing is reasonable compared to other storage facilities in the area. 1 major thing it is lacking is dumpsters. I have never before been with or seen a storage facility without them. Gate hours definitely could use an extension, as they close the earliest in town, 10 pm would be the earliest suggestion but 20 hours to 24 hours a day would be ideal to accommodate those who are night owls or work the graveyard shifts and use the daytime hours for sleep. Another area that needs improvement, is lighting in the units, there is none in the indoor hallway units and no outlets to plug one in. Last thing, restroom or porta potty. A lot of times people working in their units are there for long durations and there is nowhere to go to the restroom or wash hands after.”

“Arrowood Mini Storage is one of my all time favorite locations to rent trucks from! These guys have a wonderful staff that's very kind and helpful. We are a local moving company that has done multiple jobs here and they have been more than pleasant to work with. One day we even had a issue at the facility where my guys had a oversized load that had damaged the peace that goes on the ground to open the gate. they could have been very upset. but they were very kind and respectful and worked hand and hand with my movers to fix the situation.. great location for all your moving needs..Thank you,Justin & TeamJ&S Movers”
