Never get my messages returned or calls back ,never get my check on time,every month it's something else like oh I mailed it or I don't got a good address last month it was the fifteenth before someone told me I could pick it up cuz they didn't have a good address on file but I got it in mail no problem the month before no call nothing .

Best Payee service ever Ive never had a single problem with her she is so kind and friendly and caring for her clients. And she is always willing to be helpful and never leaves me hanging and I have no problem with running out of money every time I call her she answered me or calls me right back within 24 hours

We have dealt with Bernice for about the last 6 years. We are currently using her services for a family member. She has been helpful and understanding as a Payee. She readily gets us the information to help with keeping up with the paperwork for our end for us to stay up to date for the family member. We greatly appreciate all that she does.
