I go to this store a couple times a week. Yesterday I purchased a Stihl powered washer. DO NOT BUY STIHL from this store. After using the washer for 20 minutes the rotary head would stop rotating and leave marks on the deck. I went in to tell them and buy a new tip. Not only did they not have a replacement tip or a different angle tip, apparently NO RETURNS ON STIHL products.....even when it's their fault. Lessons learned. DON'T BUY STIHL products from this Store

It seems like their business model is to overcharge for everything because you're paying for convenience. They have regular coupons that offset this of you remember to bring/use them after giving up personal data. Their Stihl selection is pretty good, and they stock/order parts, but the computer systems aren't well integrated, so it takes some effort and patience. The tool and hardware selection is good, but if you're on a tight budget and need something common: go to Bi-Mart down the road.

This specific location is a good store but the management and store leadership is downright atrocious. I will no longer buy from this store location because of that. There is a great Lowes hardware about 10 minutes away that I strongly suggest you visit instead of this specific store location.

Stocker was a nice young man, but the place is pretty obviously poorly managed, so I’ll be taking my supply runs elsewhere

This is my preferred hardware store. The employees are always friendly and helpful. They also have some of the hardest to find things in that shop. I love them for all the little Bits & Bob's that you need when you're doing bigger projects and can't find anywhere else!
