I struggled with my new computer and old laptop and they fixed it and transferred all my data very fast. I'm very pleased. The price was beyond reasonable. Cheap really.

This business is so efficient and so brilliant that I have never taken a problem to them that they could not fix and fix it so quickly. Their prices are so reasonable, but what wows me is their knowledge base? It doesn’t matter if it’s an apple or if it’s just a regular old computer they just know how to fix everything and they know what’s wrong almost immediately, I feel so lucky to be able to take my electronics to them and not be held hostage by some big store that doesn’t care about me.Ann d

Took them a new build I couldn't get running (CPU debug light). They had me order a new CPU and Motherboard $800. Had it for 2 weeks. Called and said, it's not those parts, you can come and get it. We don't know what's wrong. Called another place down the road... they said sounds like the power supply. That should have been tested first!

We just discovered this repair shop and are extremely pleased with the quality and value of the service. They were able to quickly fix an elusive issue we couldn't figure out for a reasonable price. Their knowledge and friendliness will be bringing us back for all our computer repairs.

Precision Electronics has been fixing my dad's laptop for years. My dad is 90 years old, and Precision Electronics recently moved to a new location and my dad could not figure out how to get there. He doesn't use GPS, he doesn't have a smart phone, and he lives alone. So he called me hoping I could help him get there. I was able to give him directions however, as you know, mapping in the map app on a smart phone can be confusing and the directions weren't exactly right. So I called Tim at Precision Electronics and through a three-way phone conversation, he graciously helped guide my dad to their new location and even met him in the parking lot, so that he didn't have to wander around the new complex trying to find them. This is above and beyond customer service. Thank you so much, Tim, for being so gracious to my father! Even though I don't live there, if I should ever move there, you will be the place that I take all of my electronics. Thank you thank you thank you.

This company is a great community asset. They have fixed our laptops multiple times as kids have abused them. They also have fixed several other items such as our electric bug zapper and a dead industrial diagnostic tool that wouldn’t power on for $15 that was going to cost $600 to replace. Rare to find customer service like this
