I'm docking them a star only because their automated phone system, just like many other businesses nowadays. There is NO FAST WAY to speak directly with a live human being without going thru a menu of several items to ascertain the reason for your call.”

We always come here first to get a car loan because very often they have better rates. But beware of their Mortgage service as I have not heard any good things. Customer service from the tellers is also excellent, and they will take time to explain the process to my kids when they make transactions.”
