Your air tool fitting stock shelf (aisle 20 bay 2) is a horror show and has been for years. At least make an attempt to sort it instead of just leaving everything piled in every wrong bin. I would give you the benefit of the doubt but it's literally been like this since at least 2021. Dunno why I even look in here instead of just buying this stuff on Amazon it would save me a lot of time

Lowe's needs to do better at honoring its professional assembly option. I had a few bad experiences where they either took too long to deliver something assembled or simply delivered something I chose to get assembled unassembled.

For two days now the paint department in the mornings has been next level BAD. Multiple customers standing and waiting while multiple employees ignored us. After a while a customer started getting upset but after I had waited so long and being late meeting with a contractor, I had to leave. Went back this morning to get the paint I needed and the same thing happened!! Finally got someone to help us all out. They are not friendly when they do have to help us out too. Not sure what is going on here but if I can't get my products after two days of trying, I'll just go to ACE or Home Depot. I am at Lowe's probably 6 times a week for work too which is why this is frustrating.

This store refuses to take any used returns unless it’s been 48 hours. Which it says absolutely no where on their website or their receipt. The girls at customer service had an attitude with me when I pointed this out and just told me their policy changed. Also as I was walking away I could hear them mocking me and laughing so very unprofessional just go elsewhere!!! Definitely Home Depot for life now. -5 stars!

I went into Port Orchard Lowes at 6:05 am to purchase a new range. No associates were available yet, so Donald one of the main managers came to assist me..I put him thru the hoops looking at different ranges several were not in stock, but could be delivered next day.. I was trying to decide and then Donald said "I have an idea"!! He went in the storeroom and came back with 2 perfect choices!!
He sold me a clearance stove for $250.00!! Incredible service..finest I've ever had, hands down
On check out Linaya helped me and was very courteous!! Then Steve helped me load it and away I went!!
Simply the greatest transaction in years!! Going back for a dishwasher tomorrow!! Ha!

Not happy with how Lowes partners for credit account happened to cancel my wife's Lowes account on there own without notice when we didn't miss a payment or was late with a payment but still they took ot upon themselves to cancel our account. NEEDLESS TO SAY WE ARE NOT HAPPY.

I like Lowe's for the customer assistant ratio, the fastener dodads you can't find anywhere else, and the fact they carry some mobile home stuff. Sometimes, the quality isn't the best, but that is up to what the consumer wants to pay for.
