Beware of the newbies! Very disappointing experience with a newbie tow truck driver. Please train your guys better before setting them off on their own.First, we were given a quote to tow our camper van without the tax so we felt misled about what to expect financially. Not cool. Then the boy who helped us was incompetent and nearly damaged our property before unloading the van, knocking down our internet cable. Now I have to call the cable company to come and fix it.He didn't listen to any of my husband's instructions on where we wanted it and backed it up 10 feet from where we showed him we wanted it and guess what? He did actually back it into our other trailer because he wasn't listening to our instructions to stop (like he asked us to!). We demanded that he file an incident report, he wasn't going to. Then to top it off, he took nearly two hours to leave our driveway because he couldn't figure out how to unhook the cable from our van and had to call someone else out to help him. Then they stood in our driveway for another 20 minutes just talking shop or should I say shouting shop because I could hear everything they were saying while their trucks made noise and air pollution in our driveway. Thanks for that.Awful customer service and incompetent tow truck drivers equals a very bad review on Google which is rare for me. We could have saved $30 and gone with a more competent driver if they had been upfront about their fees. Did they offer us a discount? Or anything other than a weak apology from an incompetent boy? Nope. Nothing to make up for this poor service. Very disappointed.Service: Car towing

If your pull I out rate is 125.00. How come I was charged 250.00 for about 45 seconds of work? I was high centered took less than 3 minutes to pull me out where i could drive again. I feel I was was ripped off. Also they did not even quote job.Service: Car towing

My insurance company connected me with Liberty Towing through their roadside assistance. My driver was prompt and courteous, giving a call when he was on his way to let me know when to expect him and to verify I was alright. Once on the scene, he was immediately helpful. If I ever happen to need a hand in that neck of the woods, I wouldn't hesitate to call Liberty Towing.

BAD BUSINESS.. avoid at all costs.. Customer service knows nothing about port orchard to begin with hung up on multiple times. Call bethel towing save yourself a headache

My car was broken into around Thanksgiving when there was a whole rash of Kia break ins. I had to have my car towed to a different city to get it fixed. Although my insurance was the one to select Leo's, I will definitely use them in the future. The driver was super helpful (I forgot to leave my key when I went to work) and communicated the whole process from on the way to pick up my car to dropping off at the repair shop. I definitely recommend this company.

Had a breakdown on Hwy 3 and the truck was there in about 30 minutes. A very skilled driver delivered my vehicle safely to a repair shop. Fast professional service.

Locked my keys in the car and didn't realize it until trying to leave this morning. Connected to Leo's by my roadside assistance. Matt called and gave me an ETA. He arrived earlier than expected and had my door open and keys out before my dogs even realized he had pulled up. Very efficient and professional. Really appreciated the quick righting of my morning.

This was a scheduled tow not an emergency. Driver was on time, personable, friendly with humor, offered options to make it easier on me and knew what he was doing. Who could ask for more.

Have used them in the past and they were great. However, this time when I called the receptionist was so rude and simply said they could not help me. I tried to ask why and she just repeated that they couldn’t help me and then hung up on me. So unprofessional. What kind of towing company can’t tow?
