Yo they are make everything difficult!! I have proof of insurance I been trying to contact them and they are sending me in circles !!! Very unprofessional!!! I also tried providing my government BILL bc I was away over seas they didn't accept our (military) protection!! This goes to say they care more about money and will go out of there way to take more out of your pockets!! TERRIBLE BANK !!! NAVY FED IT IS!! KITSAPP IS TERRIBLE AND ONE OF MY WORSE MISTAKES I MADE WAS REFINANCING MY CAR WITH THEM !!! They brought my credit score from a 700 to a 500!!!!

I spoke with an associate named Dylan, he was extremely helpful and patient! From a short phone call you could tell that he was very caring and compassionate.

I went into the bank multiple times seeking answers to why I have over draft fees but my bank account is positive. Someone who has 10k going threw their account every month shouldn't have over draft. I deposited a check for 1800 and got over draft fees while it said positive. This is not ok. And now it's messing with my credit. When I called the bank they said dispute it. I did and nothing BEWARE WORST BANK EVER

Losing us after 16 years of banking, unfortunately. They constantly shut our cards off for fraud protection, without a call or text, nothing, and it's over basic utilities, I'm talking about the power bill that's been on auto-pay for 5 years, level stuff. We are done. We have never had any strange activity on our account, nothing to bring this on. We have incurred late fees, we have had our cards declined at our regular grocery store, it's been horrible. This is just enough!

Awful bank with zero morals. They don't help through hardship and they will charge 10 overdraft fees with no care in the world a out your hardship. It has only gotten worse since Covid. I can't wait to be done with them. Save yourself the frustration and money... they will offer low rates but massive fees. Watch out.

Been a member for about 4 years, since moving here from Lynnwood. Great service. The few fees are very reasonable- they will print a page of 4 checks for $1. And if your account has over a $1000 balance during the month, many things are free- like cashier checks. I highly recommend them.

My friend and I both bank at KCU. The bank was having glitch issues all day on the 1st of November causing her automatic direct deposit to not go through. They charged $64.00 in nsf fees and refused to reverse those charges. We both will be banking with a different bank. The customer service is subpar.

unprofessional, and careless. plain and simple. I was referred to this bank by a friend and was so excited to have my first account here. that was a mistake. there was an issue in money handling & when I tried to see if they'd rectify my situation they were quite rude. rather just do my business elsewhere. in my opinion, its nice to be welcomed and feel secure in a place that handles my hard earned dollars.. this Credit Union is not that place.

Half of the time no one answers the phone and you’ll be waiting for an hour or until you give up. Otherwise if you do get a representative they are usually pretty helpful
