Shelves were really empty. Employees really didn't seem to understand the different non sewing, knitting, cricket, trendy crafting. One of the 2 employees finally used her handheld to determine they didn't have what I was looking for after I showed themvwhat exactly I was looking for from the website.

It's a smaller store, but still has a lot to offer. They just don't necessarily have everything that a bigger store would have. The staff is always friendly as well.

I came in to the store to purchase a piece of fabric and was helped by an extremely rude individual his name is this Tristan. This individual was incredibly rude and spoke to me like I was a dog. They had put away a roll of fabric into the wrong area where it showed to be 60% off so I purchased the fabric and when I received my ticket it did not reflect the sale so when I asked the individual Tristan why the sale did not apply to my ticket he yelled at me and spoke terribly to me and told me that that's their system and their way of doing things and that hes doing the best he can - he gave me the sale price after much degridation in front of several customers and employees. I spoke softly asking him if he could understand where that display could be missleading- and thought if i spoke softly and kindly ,maybe he would in turn - every word he sniped/ yelled at me could have been spoken to me Is in a more courteous tone. There was literally no reason to treat me that way. In my 13 years of customer service I can never imagine speaking to one of my customers in such a way in front of a lot of other people I felt very degraded and profiled by this individual thank goodness there was another employee there named Heidi who treated me very well and helped me through this situation, the funny thing is after this terrible interaction with this man I returned to see how he was treating the other customers And held my phone as if I was recording him his entire, obviously seeing that i was doing that caused his entire demeanor to change. At the very least it caused him to treat the next customer better - Im grateful that she didn't have to experience what I did. I will never return or give this This store my business again I came into your store to spend money and support my local businesses and was treated like a dog spoken too like a dog. Unbelievable. I would like to say thank you to Heidi for being so sweet and kind and helping me through the situation she is wonderful and deserves recognition.

This is my go-to store. Smaller selection than the larger Federal Way store but still a great selection and I live that I can order on the app and pick up in store!

I've been shopping here for years and usually finds what I'm looking for. This last time they seem to have cut back on the baking section, probably due to inflation and supply issues. The person who rang up my order was very friendly and encouraged me to write a review when I received an emailed link. I got a very nice email back from the store manager thanking her for the review. I don't think very many people write those so I was glad to help.
