“I brought a necklace into Kay Jeweler which was gifted to me and had been broken. It was submitted for repair and when it was returned to the store we discovered it had not been repaired per the diagram that the sales associate submitted with the repair ticket. Katai another sales person there took it upon himself to submit a detailed drawing with a narrative as to exactly what was needed to do it correctly. He spent about an hour to correct it exactly to my specifications. Thank you Katai; great job”

“I went in to get some diamond earrings looked at. I bought them at a large retail jewelry store online and had some questions about the paperwork that came with them. The two gentlemen treated me with respect.I also a couple of items that needed repairs. It was done while I waited. ThenI asked if they had any Pink Sapphire jewelry & they brought out a gorgeous ring that I purchased. It needed resizing but was ready in 2 days.I highly recommend this store. They treat you very well and are reasonable priced. The service I received was outstanding. They were willing to answer all my questions and didn't treat me like a dummy!Thank you so much.
