Visit was extremely pleasant until Mike the PA came in. He was rude, short & seemingly irritated that my daughter needed help explaining her symptoms. He also put gloves on and proceeded to touch the garbage hole in the counter mid examination.

Everyone is very nice and helped me quickly. I was in and out in about 15 minutes, which is why i have to wonder why they billed me 250 dollars. I may not be on insurance, but that is their “ non- insured” discounted price. Absolutely ridiculous price gouging for a simple look into my ear and prescription of antibiotics. I will be doing my best to avoid CHI from now on.

I had come from the Naval Hospital Urgent Care in Bremerton this morning. There was one doctor and ten people ahead of me, not including those who were already in a room. I left, and headed here. I had a good experience. I expected the wait, which wasn't too bad. I was seen within 2.5 hours. Everyone was professional, and helpful.

I have been waiting for 3 hours and as i’m typing i’m STILL waiting to be helped. spent 2 hours in the waiting room with only 3 people ahead of me. Then to get put in a room for me to be told there will be another wait…it’s been and hour of a wait in the room and i’m STILL waiting. and i just keep seeing person after person walk by my door. i understand being low staffed but this is just ridiculously low staffed and management needs to do better!!

Took my daughter here this evening. The staff and nurses were all amazing. I have never had such a great experience at a care facility. Thank you all for making a less than great evening be a much better one with your positive energy and compassion. Oh, and Jody, you are simply a rockstar!

The front desk lady is deaf and dumb because I took my son there and she got his name wrong four times. Even after we said his name clearly. We left.

Quite the medical experience, with a doctor, some nurses, an LPN, and sometimes even some soft, easy listening musak in the "waiting room"!! "Greatest of care anywhere" is the MASH version of this office and services....

They can never get the insurance right! After every visit I have to call to get my insurance added to a bill, even though I hand them my insurance card every single time. My last 2 visits have an insured and uninsured bill for the same visit. What the heck. Such a headache!

I took my brother to get some stitches today(01/14/2023) and waited 5 Hours to get treated after we were told 1 hour wait. I understand short staffing issues but when originally told a time it should never be 5x that. We also waited 1 hour for the nurse to come in after the stitches to discharge us. Absolutely insane! Do not come here if it’s an emergency. I would suggest taking a longer drive if needed and getting treated somewhere else.
