It’s been about 18 months since I bought my car from here. Worst mistake I’ve ever made. Salesman was ridiculously predatory and every time I think about the interaction I’m deeply embarrassed that I fell for his bullshit and bought this piece of garbage car. He never even gave me a second key to this car because he COULDNT FIND IT!! Truly I thought the 1960s sleaze ball salesman tactics were I thing of the past but not here!
Within a year I’ve had multiple technical issues that are very conveniently not covered by their “warranty.” Just never buy a Chevy, seriously you’ll always regret it. I’m trading this thing in the second I can afford to.

Could not be happier with the experience at Gilchrist Chevrolet! Our sales rep Zach Houser went above and beyond to make sure we were educated and informed on the trucks we were considering, taking the time to understand our needs and planned use of the vehicle. Prior to meeting Zach we had been to several dealers who tried to tell us what we wanted/needed. Zach sat us down asked us what our plans were, intended use, how long we wanted to keep the truck, and worked hard to understand our must haves, should haves, and nice to haves. He narrowed our search to 3 makes and models highlighting the pros and cons of each and ultimately helped us find the right truck for us based on our needs and value. We had to wait a bit but we were regularly updated and kept informed through the process and eventually drove off the lot with a sick 2024 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD ZR2 that we absolutely love! Thanks to Zach and the Gilchrist team we are extremely satisfied and will be recommending them to friends and family. We will be returning when the time comes and Gilchrist will be getting our business in the future!

I believed that the tactics from the 60ies in selling used cars was a thing of the past . We made a horrible experience buying a used car from this place . The salesman made a point of telling us that all there used cars go under a serious inspection. After ten day's we realized the AC wasn't working. After complaining to the sales manager he offered to inspect it and they did . They found a serious and expensive problem. After a back and forth they offered to pay half of the cost to fix it . Half was about $ 1570 which made it a $ 3140 . repair on a $ 9000 car . Sold as Is !!!
We did buy a $ 4800 ext. Warranty which coming to find out it only covers the the motor and transmission.
Worst Experience we ever made buying a used Car !!!

I called the parts department trying to find something for my Bolt EV. Joe went above and beyond, calling me back the next day to let me know it was on national backorder. Even though he wasn't able to get the part for me, he made a huge effort trying every avenue he could think of and I was able to work out a solution. Truly excellent customer service!

Bad experience with a 2024 3500 diesel, they fill out the tank but some how they put gasoline on it according to an other chevrolet dieler, I ask for help to fix it and it was denied because supposedly my truck got vandalism, I don't know how it got vandalism in the travel from the dieler to my house because the truck give me a problem when I turn it on.

Very shady. I bought an EV from them last tax season (2022) and never got my tax credit. Made sure my vehicle fit the criteria and when tax season came around I got nothing for the credit. I called several times and was told that the paperwork was either “filed incorrectly” or that they had to “fix my paperwork”. Wasn’t sure what to do but I stopped calling after some time. Will not use this location in the future.
