Been going here for a while. I really love the raw dog food, the fresh meat for my family, and how helpful they are.

As for their meat counter they have some good products. But they should not advertise that they do slaughtering we tried since October to get someone to come out to our house to take two of our cows, they kept putting us off, saying it will be another couple weeks..It’ll be another couple weeks but four months past by. Finally we were referred to another place by a friend of ours and this place came out within a week, even the professionalism and organization of this place was very impressive. So if you have cows to slaughter, do not bother calling Farmer George or your cows will be way past the slaughtering time frame as ours was.

Do you like meat? If you don't buy it here, you probably don't! This is the best beef in the PNW. Hands down, and pound for pound best beef in town!

Can we give it zero stars? We bought some of the sweet and smokey beef sticks and the beef pepperoni for our office. By far the worst commercial smokehouse meats we have ever had. Not a single person liked or enjoyed either of these products.

Dropped off grind for sausage. Was told 1-2 weeks. Took over a month and even then only found out it was ready when I called them. Packages were saran wrapped and we're not consistent shape or size. 10 packages were damaged and on three they cut part off and gave me the smaller pieces. Very disappointed given the primary good reviews. Won't be back.

The best place for beef. Lots of exotic cuts, game, sausages and so forth. But the beef is fantastic. Go on Friday or Saturday. Splurge on a tenderloin. You deserve it.

Both my husband and I took our deer to them for butchering this year since they did a great job last year. Will not be returning as what cuts we asked for we did not get. It was our names on the order but it definitely was not our orders.

Excellent slaughtering service, very clean and good cutting and wrapping at a very competitive price. Could not ask for better service and knowledge when it comes to aging beef and everything else that goes along with quality meat processing. All of my beef customers are pleased with finished product, highly recommend.

Bought some beef rope sausage, thawed it immediately, cooked it in steamer followed up in cask iron skillet to brown/ scored the link, got it to beef welldone temperature (flipped in skillet), ate most and got food poisoning. Both ends!I guess there is little quality control. Label seemed old. I guess U gotta use a magnifying glass to discern expired dates!Be aware!Dog fud was better...so my dogs say...

I've been on this stretch of road a few times over the year and never noticed this place before. I wasn't sure where the day would take me, but if it brought me back this way, I decided I would stop. For a small place, I have to admit I was impressed, they had a variety of fresh and smoked meats as well as exotic meats and pet treats. The place appeared to be female owned, and I think everyone behind the counter was female. This place however did ultimately come up short for a variety of reasons, so let's dig in. The first thing I wanted to check out was the smoked meats. Unfortunately, they were out of both the jerky and pepperoni I was hoping to try. The girl tried to sell me on alternative flavors, but I'm not an adventurous when it comes to smoked meats. I did however, get a fist full of pig skin and my dog was extremely grateful for those. The final steak in the heart was the Hot Links. It's one thing to get a Hot Link from the grocery store and have it taste like a peppered hotdog, but at a butcher, I expect a Hot Link to be an homage to everything southern. Unfortunately, when I asked about the heat, the girl quickly explained that the name is the only think hot about the product. The jerky that I did buy was okay. It honestly wasn't as smokey or salty as I like a jerky, but I think it's clear that all the flavors here are mild. This may have been the best collection of Exotic meats west of the Mississippi, but unless that's what you are after, this is just another meat shack. 2 for the commercial meats, 4 for the exotic for an overall 3.
