I really appreciate Mark and his team. They are super responsive, professional and always happy to help. We've now had our copier for 3 years and have never had a major issue. When we need help, they are quick to handle our needs. The copier that we were sold has been perfect for our agency and handles all of our needs. I highly recommend Excel Business!

I was having issues with a previous copier company, and thankfully I did not have a crazy contract. So after their company sold, I switched over to Mark and his gang at Excel, and the service couldn't be better! They have gone out of their way to take care of us, and when our copier broke down and was doing crazy things, they were out that day to look at it, and had it back up and running by morning before business started. This business is well worth the time working with them! And their work is above standard! You wont go wrong!

Had our #2 copy machine jam causing a major impact to product flow, called Excel and a Tech was at our office in a few hours, fixed the "paper jam" that we couldn't (even after following all the written steps). Superior service, timely, and they are this way EVERY time we call.

Our Company needed a business level copier/printer. We wanted to try to shop locally and were afraid we might have to sacrifice price or quality to stay local versus looking towards Seattle area. I called Express Business Systems and spoke with Mark. He invited me to his business so he could fully demonstrate the differences in each machine and explore what would really satisfy our work needs. I was very impressed with his depth of knowledge and level of honesty and integrity. Absolute top notch company from the ground up. Sonya in the office is amazing and super friendly. They have exceeded every expectation that we had. Saved us money, treat us like we are a valued customer, fast response to each inquiry. I can't say enough how pleased we are with Mark and his team. Dont waste your time or money going anywhere else. These guys are the best around!
