I brought my car in because of a dead alternator. They were booked out for a week so I got a rental until it was fixed. They fixed it within the day but the issue was not fixed! Turns out they installed an alternator that was also no good... But I called them and explained and they went above and beyond by getting a new alternator delivered and installed in about 2 hours, no additional cost. They told me what else needed to be done and quoted a price. I will definitely return to them for my next repair.

When D&W worked on my vehicle they did a good job before! But, I needed work done on my 97 Pathfinder recently and now they tell me they can't work on any vehicles that are older than the year of 2000 which to me is bad business! My family, my other relatives and friends always went to D&W and now they don't even if their vehicle is 2000 or newer because D&W turned my vehicle away after accepting my vehicle before!

Had a bad oil leak. Ended up being oil sending unit. Apparently when I had oil change done at Walmart they broke it somehow. In the future I will have my oil changes done at D&W Auto Repair. They were fast and friendly. And do good work.

I went in with a trouble code for tourqe converter clutch solenoid. They said that they could fix it. 4 days later I picked up my jeep and paid them $300 plush. At that time they told me the transmission had "slipped " back about 1/2inch and they had used a pry bar and pushed it back in pla e and bolted it down. All was good for about 6 weeks then everything quit working. I took it to a shop that specializes in transmission work. I will be able to pickup my jeep after a repair period of weeks. Jeep transmissions are German design, and the problem was not repaired at D&W, they did the equivalent of putting a bandaid on it. My total cost due to their lousy repair is just over $5000.BEWARE OF D&W. my rating is lower than 1 star.
