I received a flyer in the mail encouraging me to open a Chase account.
I went to this branch and there were no appointments available this week. I was told to open an account online. I tried to open the account online, but the application kept stalling with the error message: “P.O. Box can not be the primary address, Please contact us.” No contact number was provided and, by the way, my primary address is a normal street address.
After searching online for many minutes, I finally found a number and called it. The operator corrected the glitch. Back to trying to open online, nope. Website keeps timing out.
I went online to set up an appointment to open an account in person and WOW, now appointments are available this week.
You know what, too much work. I think I will just keep my current bank.
P.S. Everyone at the branch was very nice, it just wasn't within their structure to assist me.

I have banked here for years and have ALWAYS received the best of service! The staff are all very friendly and helpful. We all end up laughing by the time I leave. And if I forget to give them my "Queen" wave when leaving they let me know and I have to back up and give them one! I have a checking account, savings account, debit card, credit card and an investment portfolio with them and have never been sorry once because I bank with the best!

Had some documents notarized here the other day, and I really appreciated the customer service! They were great! Thank you for taking good care of me. After seeing the ratings, and then receiving good service I felt that google users were doing this branch a disservice. This people there are awesome!!

I would give them zero stars if that was an option. We just moved to Port Orchard from Seattle. Went in to Chase to get a document notarized. Was told my credit card was canceled automatically because I didn't use it for 2 years - I was never notified of this. Therefore, I was no longer a customer and they wouldn't notarize my document. I asked if I could open a free checking account and the woman said she couldn't. I asked for the manager and the same attitude from her. I asked if I could at least open a free checking account or pay for the notary. They said no. Apparently, they don't want to keep customers and don't want new ones. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Stay away from Chase and especially this branch. Terrible!

lol one time chase charged me three insufficient funds fees at $38 each in one day, they said the charges stand on the phone. went to my local branch (this location) and they reversed all of them. customer service is their strong suit. the manager (female) is the best, she's still there from when i opened up my high school checking account with her over ten years ago!

Been here for 20min waiting for someone to help me... There are 3 women behind the stand and they are only helping 1 man... This is ridiculous. Don't recommend this place at all

Nice folks work in the branch. But they can't make up for bad leadership. Corporate culture dictates a company's ethos. In Chase's case, their corporate identity is one of disregard and contempt of their customers. I had a fairly minor issue with them. I had been depositing my daughter's tuition checks for about 18 months. Then, out of nowhere, a check was returned and I was advised to "...go to my local branch and request additional information." The details are really unimportant. What was important was that we had just buried my father in law, and my daughter was fighting severe depression. Her tuition was late, and she incurred additional fees from the college. The financial impact was manageable. What was intolerable was Chase's treatment of our issue. It was obvious that the company only responded because I filed a BBB complaint. They were officious, and devoid of any human decency. No individual took responsibility, for anything. Every form letter was unsigned. A computer algorithm could have wrote their banal responses (and just might have). I pray that a new wave of deregulation allows more and more people the opportunity to abandon their outmoded, bloated corpse of a business. I am a person first, and an "account holder" after that. Any company incapable and unwilling to acknowledge that doesn't deserve my business. And doesn't deserve to be IN business. I pity anyone that has to work for a company this mechanistic and inhuman.
