If there is -100 rating, I will give them that score. They didn’t actually repair my car; they just glued the body parts that had come off, and after a year, the glued parts came off again.

Not having a need for auto body repair for many years I was surprised at the need for an appointment just for an estimate. Granted this location got me in sooner than other shops in the area, but arriving on time I was told that the estimator had called out sick, and the woman behind the counter said she would take photos and send them to her boss so they could write the formal estimate. She closed the door that I opened so she could take pictures of the door jam and rear quarter panel damage without any pictures and then took photos of the damaged area visible outside. She then walked around the car taking photos from all angles of the entire vehicle to satisfy an app on her phone. When she was done she said her boss would use these pictures to write the estimate. Not only did she miss the worst of the damage, the pictures were taken in both bright sun and shade depending on the angle. A complete waste of my time and I would never recommend them to anyone I know. A phone call 1st thing this morning rescheduling would have been inconvenient but much better than this fiasco! I have called my insurance company and recommended they remove this company from the in-network designation.

The ladies that do the estimates are so friendly and helpful. The work done to my car is so well done. I would recommend CARSTAR to anyone who wants a easy and highly professional experience.
