Michelle is wonderful! She is extremely knowledgable and down to earth, which put me at ease instantly (had a "botch job" many moons ago that left me reluctant to trust anyone with my hair since). I have really thick and coarse hair and I've had many bad haircuts by people who have no clue what to do with it, so when I moved here a few years ago, I was nervous about finding a new stylist. I am so glad I found Michelle at Bay Street Hair! She is very talented at working with hair, and also at knowing what will look right on a person and what is in style. Every haircut and color I get seems to be better than the last. I also like the comfortable, down-to-earth feeling of the salon, the prices are reasonable, I definitely recommend.
