One of the most inept group of managers I have ever had to associate with. I waited over an hour while they acted as social workers. Only to find out they had no idea what an endorsement verification is. D*** and dumber is an understatement.

I've been a patron at this bank for almost 10 years and have had great service. I don't know if there's new management but this bank branch is not for the people. Any excuse to not be helpful will be used. They wouldn't even let me use their lobby to sign my home loan documents. I had to pass papers outside, in the rain, between the notary and I. They don't care about the people anymore and anything you ask for is met with irritation and annoyance. The teller Denise should be fired for her gross disrespect to a customer at the window. She clearly hates her job, the people she serves, and should find other line of work.

We looked at our recent statement and discovered that we are being charged $12 a month maintenance fee. For low income folks that are only able to put away $20 a month the bank will get more than half. This would go on until you reached $2000. The bank would have made $3000 while you only reached $2000. Altogether it would take $5000 for you to accrue $2000 in savings . Totally ludicrous!!!

I also needed to have something notarized and when I went in there I was told they no longer offer that service.... another time I went in there to get a cashier's check and it took forever and they were rude when I asked for a copy of the check, told me I would have to go to office depot. Very poor customer service.

Been a Bank of America Client for Years!! Horrible customer service at this location. Had multiple issues at this branch and the lack of cash they have on site makes it hard to access money that you have in your account. Yes a bank with no money.. save your time and go to a different branch like gig harbor or Silverdale where you can get what you need without the hassle.

I would make it a minus, but no option. my husband has been a member of this bank for 30 years. I needed something notarized and made an appointment. Got there and was told they can't notarize anything for me because I am not a member of their bank, my husband was with me. This bank sucks.

I think it's ridiculous that BofA charges a fee if you transfer too many times from your savings to your checking !!!!! They claim it's a new federal law in which the government is trying to "help you save" yet none of my other banks charge this fee???? It's a contradiction, Charge a fee to help me save???? They could have created a better excuse/reason. Time to change banks
