I purchased a battery for my truck today at AutoZone in Port Orchard, Wa. The lady who helped me was named Rebecca N. with face tattoos. She went out of her way to help me, remove my old battery and install the new one. She was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I wiIl always shop there because of people like Rebecca. Thanks so much.

I procrastinated going in because my check engine light had come on in my warhorse 2010 Audi A4 Quattro 2.0 T and I was met with good service thanks to Alex who put my car on diagnostic and helped me solve my problem. I was recommended to buy Lucas fuel injector stuff and I went straight to the Shell station to put that new nitro premium gas in with it and I was so happy so so happy to see the light come off by the time I got to Silverdale that it just really made my experience amazing. So thank you to the Port Orchard AutoZone.

Most staff are real friendly and helpful. Parts take a while but the incentives to be a member is pretty decent. Earn discounts per purchase. I go here alot

Very poor. I showed up about 20 min before close time. There were 3 guys inside one customer, and I stood out there with my hood open, trying to get my head light blub out to buy a new one. Being a freshly singled woman, I wasn't sure what kind to buy, so I fought getting the bulb out. Couldn't get it out. Well, I noticed the tome so headed for the door to ask for help. The guy literally had just walked away from apparently locking the door. I didn't think it was that great of customer service, considering I was parked right in front of the door.

I have been a loyal customer of autozone for years now but my experience yesterday was exceptional and worthy of calling out. We have all been there, you're looking for a part and it cannot be found in the system, typically that is where it ends, an unfulfilled need and more questions than answers. But not this day, no Brent would not accept that outcome, he went above and beyond taking our part and scouring his inventory looking for something that would work. Nearly 30 minutes later I had what I needed. It wasn't about how fast he could move on to the next transaction or hiding behind the failure of technology, it was old school customer service, it was being the expert in the moment and I was so impressed by it that I sit here now sharing my experience with all of you and hopefully someone at autozone takes notice. Thank you Brent.

They restock the shelves with used motor oil from dishonest customers without checking the returned merchandise. When I returned the used oil, I was already irritated but figured the employee I was dealing with was most likely not responsible for the mistake, so I was nice. He was nice too. I even had my receipt.BUT then the older employee with the black pony tail got involved with a bad attitude and we started cursing at each other. Never going here again when O’reilly and Napa are right around the corner. O’reilly has more parts in stock anyways.

Jess was amazing! We had an issue with our alternator pulley bolt. He got in there took apart the old alternator then helped us reassemble the new alternator with the correct pulley on it. He did an outstanding job will definitely be returning to this AutoZone.

Rude. Nobody wanted to help. Some were standing around. Had a couple new people. An order was called in. All the parts weren't in. And if I hadn't of checked I would have ended up with the wrong brake #. (The previous person swore it was fine;) I said , no it's not. Luckily the other guy seen it too and exchanged it. In the end they were both wrong. I ended up going back and forth 3x! Was a bit exasperating. Next time the competitor across the street will be used.
