Got help from Kasey figuring out a couple parts that I needed, she rang me up and answered my questions. This sore seems a little more erratic than my usual Tacoma store with the manager being kind of short with the employees but they got me handled. Thanks again Kasey.

Went in for new brake rotor, pads, and caliper for the rear passenger side of my truck. After telling the clerk what I needed, she asked me again several times for each individual part. Then, after repeatedly telling her it was the right, passenger side, she gave me a caliper for the driver's side. The are identical until you install them, so I didn't notice until I went to bleed it and realized the bleeder was on the bottom instead of the top. She was kind of rude, definitely appeared like she didn't want to be there. I get it, we all have bad days, but to be told half a dozen times what a customer needs, then still give them the wrong part? That's unacceptable. Now I get to take it all apart again, hopefully they will give me the right part this time.

I had no idea that Auto Zone loans their loaner tools for absolutely NO CHARGE!! and with NO TIME LIMIT!! honest to goodness. I paid the $40 plus tax to "borrow" a harmonic balancer puller; I had more trouble with my repair job and couldn't return it until 9 days later, and received the entire $43 and sum cents back on my bank card only 2 hours later!!! Thanks Auto Zone!! I have already told 4 people that you're the place to go to! Sorry O'******'s but it looks like its time to step your game up.
