Digital coupons suck. The app does not work. Seems like a borderline scam.
Just went here at 5:00 PM, so busy they were out of carts, and they had a single checker working. The self-check is miserable.
EDIT: My complaint wasn't the lack of carts - things get busy, it was the lack of personnel during such a busy time.
I called the corporate number to get the app working. After half an hour they were unable to help and opened a ticket. If your whole monopoly confuse-the-elderly strategy is digital coupons, the app NEEDS to work.

I’m giving 5 stars for customer service only. Freshness gets one star. On that note, I bought half and half and it literally tasted like vomit. I took it to the store and management smelled it and agreed. Later my friend saw the entire milk section was blocked off to public. Transparency would be appreciated what I put in my body. My 7 year old also drank it as I made him an Italian soda. We actually discussed the vomit taste as he told me it tasted like vomit so of course I tasted it. ????
Now to the 5 star rating. Michael Williams did a phenomenal job correcting his mistake before I noticed; one of my items he said dropped as he was packing my bags. He called me and let me know. I headed back to the store and he gave it to me and also refunded the product. The next order pick up I received bread that expired the same day, I let him know and he refunded. The cool thing is, I got an order today and he put a fresh loaf of bread on the house. I respect Michael as not only did he accept accountability for the small error he made but went above and beyond to rectify it. Thank you! Michael!

Port Orchards grocery store with quality. A store ran with integrity. I was a Fred Meyer fan, but constant rearranging chased me off. I get my fruits and vegetables here because of how well they maintain and having a personal relation to the meat cutters is nice too.

There are far fewer selections available than in its previous incarnation as an Albertsons. Very disappointed.

We moved into the area about 7 months ago. Omg!! The fresh cut fruit is amazingly displayed. I had a dispute with the catfish I purchased the day before Thanksgiving.
I went to the same store on Thanksgiving for a refund. This crew came together. Replace my fish while the Seafood area was closed for the holiday. It was above and beyond for me ❤️❤️❤️

I am a frequent visitor here as I live a short distance away. I went in tonight and bought a gift card for 400 dollars, but for some reason it wasn't registering the new balance. I was beginning to panic and could have been nicer in my communication when trying to resolve the issue. Travis not only resolved my issue, but went above and beyond to help me. Noticing my stress over the matter and the fact I had two small children, he asked if I had ate yet today, and offered to buy me dinner from the deli. I declined, but he still gave me a gift card. Very caring people. (There was another lady helping me and I wish I had got her name to give her credit for helping, too.) Everyone is always very friendly and helpful when I shop here. Refreshing to see such great work ethic.

Don't order pick Up. The items are over priced and selection is very limited. The employee shopping for you isn't going to pick a decent cut of meat they will just grab whatever matches the order. It's what you get for being lazy and letting their uneducated staff shop for you. Will never use pick up again, and honestly Fred Meyer and Walmart are close to me anyways.

The prices have greatly increased. It appears they inflate the prices and put the items on sale. It's obviously inflate the price on the buy one get one for free. Produce is overpriced.
