The staff here are wonderful and always willing to help in person and on the phone.. They have a small town feel while at the same time being able to provide all my medications when my doctor prescribes them for me... Top rated in my mind...

They are not timely in processing requests and I am not impressed with their customer service. Also, not opened on Saturday.

Friendly small town pharmacy.Only reason I gave a 4 star is they don't have as many medications as a Walgreens or Rite Aid pharmacy.Port Ludlow is a wonderful community filled with retirees, so medications seem to cater to that demographic understandably. Just needed birth control and had to wait till the next day as they did not keep it in stock.

Not impressed. Not since the nice old jewish old man with the east coast accent retired. Without him this place messes up a lot and can not answer questions and at times are downright rude. This attitude is common and reoccuring within Jefferson Healthcare period.
