Rhody Drive Self-Storage is under new management, they remodeled the office and its open regularly now, the new office looks great! They opened the Sales Lot again too. Marissa the new Manager is friendly, responds quickly and is very helpful.

Very difficult to deal with this lady. And if you move something 3 days in to the rental period they will not prorated. Even when they aren't accepting new contracts they still want the whole months rent from us after we did business for a year. Extreme low end customer service. Frequent errors and drama. Choose another place if you can.

Hard to imagine worst customer service or people so rude in business. Maybe they just don't care. They demanded that we be there at a specific time and then showed up late themselves. They didn't want to communicate via phone or text or email. But the last straw was when they said we had to wash our truck before parking it in the back for two months. Fine. If that's your policy then tell folks ahead of time.I never write me and reviews. And clearly these folks don't care Enough to use Yelp. But if you have a choice - I'd go elsewhere

Might just be the RUDEST person I've ver met! All I wanted to do was park my car for sale. After a long "searching my name" debocle, then making me wait 35 minutes, accomodating people who came in AFTER I did, making me wait outside in the cold, she scolded me for re-taping the "for Sale" signs I already had in my car, while I was waiting for her (my car not parked in the "for sale" lot). After I'd been ther 45 minutes, I pulled out my phone to message my husband that I would be late, she scolded me for pulling my phone out of my purse. What am I, a 5 year old? When I told her I need to leave and asked for my application, she crumbled up my paperwork and threw it at me. WTF? She is be the rudest person I've ever met.

The manager was helpful and efficient. Her schedule was posted clearly on the door and she was in the office during the time posted. I was able to complete my transaction timely and the paperwork explained.

Last summer, we tried to leave our trailer there for the summer as we
camp at the forts quite often. We were, in our opinion, rudely told that we needed the original title, and insurance policy and that we couldn't leave the trailer there unless we had the originals and that faxed copies didn't work. Well, we tried again just today. We had the paperwork required and when we walked into the office the manager looked up and said, 'what do you want'. Told her we wanted space to leave our trailer for a month and that we had the title, etc. we were told before would be needed. She said she was too busy re-doing all their contracts and that if people didn't leave her alone, she wasn't going to get them done!. She said she was too busy to even talk to us and had to get the contracts done. We did find a place in Hadlock, Short's Storage. The owner was very nice and friendly . Said he usually wanted to see proof of ownership, which we had, but with two grandsons in the truck he said he trusted us. Left our phone numbers & other contact info with him, paid him $35 for a month & came home happy to have found an accommodating place. Will definitely do business with him again and will avoid Rhody's like the plague.

Incredibly rude I am a respectable 65 year old gentleman, who wanted to do business here. I brought all the correct paperwork at the correct time. Title, current tags, tags for the next year, current to 2/19. Brought with the utility trailer on a Tuesday @ 1:30( they will only do business with you under these conditions on Tuesday or Thursday.) The owner refused to to business with me, & really refused to even look at the paperwork because it was a Texas title & too confusing for her. ( even though I am the original owner, & have all correct documentation) I am moving to the area, & have everything I own in storage in Port Townsend. This has been the one disappointment in an otherwise great entry in peninsula life. The owner here basically called me a liar & a theif because she was too lazy to read the paperwork in front of her. Too bad, plenty of other people to do business with here
