The only thing I have to mention is that a price should be given to the customer first before work is done.It was a little pricey for what I needed done. I was expecting to pay maybe $15-$20 and it was double that. ?

The only thing I will say is that it's expensive to get things fixed. I just wanted a couple of items fixed and had I known what the price was going to be I probably would have left. Definitely prices should be given to customers beforehand so no time is wasted. I thought I was going to have a couple of pieces repaired and pay maybe $15 $20 maybe even $25 at the most maybe even go as high as 30 but I think $55 was way way way way too expensive.

Great people to do business with, I have dealt with Lisa on several different occasions from shopping for jewelry to watch repair or having items appraised. She has always been honest and very helpful.

I’ve had several pieces looked at and worked on by Lisa and she’s excellent. So knowledgeable and skilled - she’s been handling pieces that are precious and irreplaceable family treasures with expert hands. I love when she looks at pieces I have and gives me little details about them, in addition to breaking down the process. Also - her cleaning kits are excellent and her dog is adorable. Can’t recommend her enough!!

Lisa's jewelry store is the best store to get custom pieces done and get your rings fixed if the ring is repairable and to get a chain bracelet or necklace made .I highly recommend Lisa's jewelry store to anyone who wants to get a jewelry pieces made

Lisa was very easy to work with she gave me good insight on my piece and gave me her honest opinion on how to get the best bang for my buck she didn't try to low-ball me just for the scrap weight. I'd go to her again and recommend my people to see her as well

Iam so grateful for amazing businesses like Lisa’s Jewelry. Even though they were backed up the gentleman that works there fixed my sons necklace (which contained his grandma’s ashes) in time for the celebration of life the next day and then waived the charge. I cried so hard when I got to my car because of the generosity. Thank you Lisa’s Jewelry

Brought my engagement ring in to be resized this morning, extremely fast service, very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Everywhere else I had asked was a 4-6 week wait, less than an hour here I had it back. Flawless quality, can not see where the work was done. I am extremely satisfied, definitely worth the drive here.
