I brought my old lady cat in. I had a fear I would pressured into putting her down due to her age and her problems. Obviously I didn’t want to keep her alive if it wasn’t better for her but if there was the chance that she could still live and not struggle then I wanted that option. One of the ladies sat and talked to me about all my options. She didn’t try to push me toward an option she or the doctor wanted. She was very honest with every option. I ended up bringing up questions about euthanization just incase it ended up needing to happen. She was so sweet about the conversation and made sure I knew no matter what route was taken it wouldn’t be a wrong choice. She let us go outside and talk it through to figure out what we wanted to do and we ended up coming up with a good plan for now and the future of our cat. I didn’t think I would be able to bring her back home when I was on the way to the vet. Right now I’m cleaning my house while my cat naps on the couch. I know this was long winded but I just loved the experience and communication I got. It was a hard visit to go to and I left feeling much better about our situation. You guys are awesome people ❤️

Great vet. They treat both pets and owners with care and respect. I'm a big fan of their no fear approach and take both my cats here. Highly recommend.

They are so great about documenting everything and following up. They seem to actually care about your pets.

Unprofessional, Unfriendly , I almost walked out after I came 20 minutes early and sat down. I should’ve listened to that little voice in the back of my mind. I am so disappointed this is our first visit and our last visit we will not be back.

Can't believe how hard these folks work or how big their hearts are. Ended up finding this vet in an emergency when all the nearby vets were full up. I'm so glad I did because this practice truly is wonderful, and we've been using them ever since. Can't say enough good things about this place or the folks that work there.

Although it can be difficult to get an appointment right away or be sern for an emergency I'm very satisfied with their general care. If you're looking for wellness checks, vaccines and general care I recommend them. Prices have gone up, like everything else.

Great doctors, technicians, and front office staff. We take both of our labs here for their annual boosters and flea/tick meds. When our youngest lab had a double ear infection, they took really good care of the whole family. Here, you feel like family.

Was so disappointed. The least professional advice and medical service Ive ever seen.
I always thought of vets and their staff as medical professionals.. But I waddled in there 8 months pregnant with a large cat whose been showing blood in her stool. Large with a metal box shaped crate with a handle. 4 young women at the receptionist desk are just chatting away not working, and dont bother to help me get the cat in even though I was struggeling to carry a big carrier around my belly and through the door and had just come up the ramp.
The vet asst. is attentive, but, the vet checks her glands, says theyre swollen, checks her belly, and then asks me to collect a stool sample myself at home. I tell her I am pregnant and therefore ordered by my doctor to stay away from the litter box and stools, because there’s a common enough bacteria/or virus in cat stool that is very dangerous for pregnant women and their fetus. This is true for all pregnant women, Ive done boxes for friends in the past in other states around the US. (She should have already known this, and not asked especially.) I explained but it didnt seem to register it..
Then she says well, it takes a few hours for a cat to go here. How, about I just bring the sample in after the baby. I said I would rather just leave her a while now, and come back to pick her up after, even if over night. Come back again after the baby? Like I want to leave my cat undiagnosed, and ill for that much longer? And after the baby..? And then, collect stool, and bring it back in with a newborn in my arm sometime in that future, like thats not a massive inconvenience, and possibly long wait. My cats rectum is bleeding. i came in almost 9 mos to take care of her. this time. I told her I have two cats and I cannot tell whos poop is who’s int he box or if the others safe, 100%, they are both fast too. She told me to stalk the litter box for a while, as if the whole pregnancy conversation didn’t already happen.
I had to carry the cage back out, and then they asked me to wait and then if I wanted to pay for the stool test upfront (like a month) minimum if I can even get the stool in right-after my newborn comes?

Everyone here is outstanding. We just had a badly damaged molar extracted and a dental exam and cleaning done on our 12 year-old Daschsund mix, little Evey. Dr. Reed and the surgical team took excellent care of our little girl, carefully watching over her, and updating us. The front office team and vet techs patiently answered all of my questions and concerns. Everyone there makes me feel that they truly care about my little friend, and do what's best for her.
