Sent a text inquiry thinking I wouldn't maybe hear back until Monday, but Tracy responded back within and hour while still running a very busy store. She answered all my questions and went even farther in offering other hats that I might like. I placed an order and they shipped on Monday and I got them the next day. I've texted again about future larger size hats and the best way to follow up with them is on Facebook or Instagram. Very good at updating new inventory quickly. “We dashed into Bad Blanche's last Friday night, it was about 6 minutes past closing, but, the sign still said open. Loyde was at the counter and kindly let us shop as he said other shoppers were still inside. I was looking for a bag and earrings. Loyed was so helpful. He knows his stock better than anyone I had come across in a very long time.
