“I moved to Port Angeles in 2019 and thankfully stumbled upon Dr. Pat’s practice then. I have had pets my whole life and she is the most knowledgeable, experienced, and caring vet I have ever met. She has helped my pets through many situations. When my small chihuahua suffered a deer attack, Dr. Pat got her in right away. She had seen similar injuries before and didn’t bat an eye. She saved her in an emergency surgery. She helped me navigate my elderly cat’s health and when she suspected he had eye cancer, she removed his eye. She was spot on about his cancer, likely helping him live two years longer.
And today, Dr. Pat repaired my dog’s ear at a moments notice. She got him in, took one look at it and knew what to do. Her caring staff looked out for him like he was their own dog. I can’t help but reflect on all that Dr. Pat and her team does, not only for my pets but for countless animals in our area. I am very thankful that my pets have her as their real life guardian angel. I love their drop-off only approach - it especially makes sense when acute symptoms pop up. My spouse and I work 9-5, so dropping off ~8am and picking up ~2pm is a great timeframe; we drop off before work and can take a lunch break to pick up the pooch and talk to the Dr face-to-face, or do a quick pickup and speak with the Dr over the phone instead.
