Alexis is amazing at what she does. She explained everything and made sure I understood my options. Was super easy to open an account. Best bank I've ever used and best teller by far...i highly recommend their service

Highly recommend Umpqua bank and the local gals. I had issues with a business account and Karen and Leslie went above and beyond. I have been banking with Umpqua for over 10 years and just moved to PA a year ago. They treat me as if they have known me for years. Highly recommend for business and personal accounts

I'm an grateful for this efficient, classy, helpful bank. Easy online banking, super friendly, helpful tellers, everything done well. I had to switch from a couple other banks to find Umpqua, they are the best!
