“I loved the previous owners, they were amazing to work with! They recently sold the storage units, i was nervous to see how things would work out under new management and ownership.
The new owners seem to be living up to the legend and filling the shoes of the previous owners! Joe at the front desk is very polite! I have also been seeing upgrades to the security of the facility as well, which is awesome. 5 stars by me!”

“We were hesitant to go with UPack because of all the warnings we had about long distance movers, but we were more than satisfied and when the trailer arrived in Port Angeles Sound Moving and Storage coordinated delivery and unloading. They kept us informed and parked the trailer in our drive overnight, The 2 young men came early the next morning and unloaded the trailer in only 2 hours. They were friendly, careful, and professional and wasted no time. The trailer was picked up within 15 minutes after they unloaded it.I would highly recommend UPack and Sound Moving and Transfer.”

“Nice, friendly staff. Reasonable rates. Only issues I have are: 1. The hours I can access my unit, 7:30am-7:30pm, dont fit with my work schedule. Wish I could come a little bit later. Like 9pm would be very helpful. 2. I cannot pay with my debit card and cannot find a website. The link here takes me to a completely different place. Overall would reccomend. But really wish these minor changes would happen.”
“Perfect delivery!The driver, DJ, is a fine, clean young man with a pleasant, can do attitude. I had a 300 pound, awkward delivery and instead of leaving it at my gate, he backed up my complicated driveway and placed it right where I asked. He delivered it within the couple hour expected delivery time. I completely recommend this delivery service.”
“Properties by Landmark was a very good rental company to me. They have always been friendly, prompt, and courteous, whenever I had questions or concerns, both in emails and phone, and when in person at the office. They always get back to you in a timely manner and your needs are met. From my experience they will treat you with respect and kindness. I had rented from them for about 13 years and still would be, the only reason I am not now is because my apartment building sold, and the new owner decided to go with a different rental company. I and Landmark left on good terms. While no company is perfect, we are all human, I recommend Properties by Landmark for rental needs, they would be pleased to help you. For ones that wish to know how they are about deposits, I cannot comment on that, as I did not do a move out with them. I am still in my original place I rented, everything transferred over for me, however I have heard from past tenants who got their whole deposit back, and were treated well and fairly. So, don't be afraid to give them a try.”
