Price Ford Lincoln in Port Angeles WA. 49,000 miles 2018 F 150I have purchase 7 vehicles (personal & business) over the years from this location. The service department has not been very kind to us.We have a 2018 F150 that had a known defect in the motor causing Ford to recommend replacing the motor.Rob at the service department was not easy to work with as this inconvenienced his department due to the back order of parts. This whole interaction forced us to buy another truck as the replacement was going to take 6 months. Ford said replace the motor but Rob insisted that was unreasonable and told me a short block would be the solution. He pressured me for day's. I opened a case with Ford.I discussed the warranty moving forward seeing as they totally disassembled the motor and Rob told me he could not warranty it beyond the factory warranty. Now this same truck has a "clunk" when you start it. It did not have this before.Rob took it in and said they could not find a problem. He charged me $206 for this while the truck is still under warranty.I video recorded the problem and took it back in. They said they definatly hear the problem and worked on it for multiple days. They said the clunk is normal now. I told them it was not there before they worked on it and I wanted a refund of my $206 and documentation about the sound. Rob got very upset with me. He interupted me and said someone is going to pay for this. He told me he cannot charge Ford so I get to pay for it.I advised him the truck is under factory warranty and they had done major work to the motor. I asked him to give me my $206 explanation for the problem and he was even more upset.I asked him how I address this issue moving forward and he said Price ford is a Private company and does not represent Ford. I should call Ford instead.I am done with this service department and will take my business else where. Thank Rob for this FordBob Jensen. Port Angeles

I was offered a job as a salesman. Mind ahead of time that I had let the sales manager(Brandon) that I had a baby on the way and was looking to get back into sales. After being looked in the eye and having my hand shook, then told to go do a UA. That I was no longer getting the position after they got news that they wouldn't be getting a delivery of cars. I had already quit my day job and he called me the morning of my birthday. If the is how they treat potential employees, imagine how they'd treat you as a customer

We bought our daughter a Ford Focus. Over 10 months ago it started having severe issues. We took it into Price Ford and they diagnosed it as needing a new Transmission Control Module. The Service Manager stated they didn't have the part or any idea of when they might receive it and pointed at all the other Ford Focus' sitting in their lot waiting for the same part. We asked can she drive the car and the Service Manager said "no, she should just trade it in" The lack of concern or professionalism is astounding. We have kept checking in every month or so to ask for an update and get the same sad story delivered with a caviler attitude. Interesting fact, we called a Ford dealership in Seattle and they claim they receive the stated part every 2-6 weeks. They said our 10 month wait is "ridiculous." Our daughter has now moved to Seattle for work and school and has to rely on public transportation which is neither timely or safe. The whole reason we bought her a car to begin with.SHAME ON YOU PRICE FORD!

Went yesterday to look a Suburban we saw online loved it. It was late and we left while they were running the credit got the call about 20 minutes later that we were approved but it was after 7 pm so we had to come back today. It's a good thing that we called before we made the 1.5 hour drive because now the need a $25,000 down payment on a $28,000. When we were told that the down payment was $2000.

I called twice hoping to speak with a service representative but couldn't even get Sarah or Robbie to call back. This service department is a poor choice if you need repair or service of a Ford product. I plan to contact the General Manager today.

My brand new car with 1200 miles purchased from another afore dealership broke down while i was climbing the road the hurricane ridge. What a nightmare... well it very well could have been But Rob and the service department from Price Ford went above and beyond anything i could have imagined in helping me. They got my part into town as quick as possible, they gave me a loaner so i wasn't stuck at a hotel with no access to get around, and they kept me updated day to day on the fix. This wasn't their car they sold, I am not a customer of theirs, i live 300 miles away.. but they made my problem into their problem, and made sure i was super well taken care of, and for that i will be forever grateful. Honestly, i may travel the 300 miles to buy my next car here because i was so blown away by the treatment i received. Don't hesitate talking to Rob and the service department here, they're top class!

Took my Cmax for an oil change and checkup to Price Ford. Robbie was the person who I dealt with. He kept me updated on the progress and checked in on the service being done on my car. Price was reasonable and there was no up sale

The Price Ford Team made my day when I picked up my dream truck this week! Mark helped me configure and order the truck and was able to answer all of my questions. He also steered me toward some options that I am very thankful to have. Garrett secured amazing financing options for me with a great sense of humor. Abigail facilitated pre-delivery and pickup and was so sweet with my kids. She also checked in on me the next day to make sure everything was perfect! Dean painlessly flew me through the paperwork. I'm grateful to have Price Ford as my local dealer and look forward to dealing with them again.

Bought a used vehicle from this dealership, had to do a lot of the legwork virtually, but oh so worth it. Salesperson Madeleine was amazing, made things very easy! Definitely worth the trip if you're buying from afar.

After 8 years of good service I just had a bad experience and there's no one in authority I can complain to. What are all the after service satisfaction surveys for? Price Ford doesn't seem really to care.

We bought a Ford C Max from them and not only does it continue to have electrical problems, but the dealership pretends they don't exist. They really gaslight you in there. We won't shop there again. Feedback from friends was not any better.
