Petsense by Tractor Supply
2719 E Hwy 101, Port AngelesGreat staff. Very helpful. I love how they work with the Humane Society to get animals seen to find their forever homes. I just adopted a pink eyed white guinea pig through HS and my daughter adopted a hamster ? from Petsense.
Stop in and hold a small furry animal. It'll make your day. :) ?

Pet Grooming
Grime To Shine Grooming
1605 E Front St, Port AngelesThis was our first visit and Elyii was very sensitive toward our dog’s experience and worked to make it a positive one for him. I also loved it that she started on him right away, and he was behind the counter hanging out with Elyii when I picked him up, so he didn’t have to wait in a crate or a kennel. Obviously a good vibe for the dogs because he was happy to see me but not desperate to leave like he usually is after a grooming. And she did a great job with a hairy Golden Retriever who badly needed to be groomed.

Auntie Kerry's Dog Grooming
1004 W 16th St, Port AngelesAuntie Kerry is the best groomer we have known. Owning pups all our lives no one was as efficient or caring. Our dogs are seniors and our Cavalier, Rafa, has Spondylitis of the spine. He is scared on most grooming tables; not with Kerry.
She notices Everything! And has remedies or suggestions for their care. We are truly Grateful and blessed!

Petazzled Pet Salon
402 E 8th St suite b, Port AngelesThis little mom and pop shop of a pet salon exceeded all my expectations. They arranged for an early appointment for my very elderly cat for mat removal so that it would be as low stress for her as possible. He was so very gentle with her and so caring. I would recommend this pet groomer to anyone. Very very reasonably priced. Thank you!

Kit N Kapoodle
3232, 221 S Peabody St C, Port AngelesDog has kennel cough so couldn't make a grooming appointment. I knew though that she needed her nails trimmed and anal glands expressed. Kit-N-Koopoodle not only fit me into a last minute schedule but performed the two tasks outside to prevent potential infection of anyone else. Fast, competent and a good price. Can't thank you enough for the wonderful service and treatment of our little gal!

TLC Pet Pros
514 W 8th St, Port AngelesVery thankful for the service and flexibility of TLCPros. Excellent service. They took care of our (rather shy) Great Pyr - Collie during the day, allowing my family a much needed hike and time together in Olympic NP. We had an unexpected delay upon return and the owner was beyond gracious in helping accommodate.

Angeles Clinic For Animals: Ashley Brooke DVM
160 S Del Guzzi Dr, Port AngelesI've been with Angeles Clinic for Animals (ACA) for many years. I've noticed in the last year a very positive change in staffing. They have plenty of people at the desk and plenty of technicians to keep their appointments running smoothly and on time. And everyone is pleasant and attentive, no doubt because they have the support they need to help their customers. They have a new vet who is very enthusiastic and I got her due to an emergency with my dog - she did a great job. I recommend ACA to anyone who asks me. I've been to every vet in Port Angeles over the years and I am glad I settled on ACA.

Angeles Brewing Supplies & Taproom
116 N Lincoln St, Port AngelesThere was one trip I made to Port Angeles a few years ago and the craft beer scene was kind of grim here. The list I had of breweries were all defunct save for one and so I never really made a point to come back to this corner of Washington in search of beer. But this summer I did for sightseeing purposes and came across Angeles Brewing and Supplies. It's more of a place that has guest taps but there was one brewery that caught my eye I wasn't familiar with. Social Fabric Brewing was what caught my eye. It's a brewery that recently opened in Port Toensend and the same owners of Angeles Brewing. I got the IPA called Ready To Start from Social Fabric. It was good and enjoyable! Flavor features with this IPA are hoppy and kind of citrusy. The malts make it unique with Pilsen, Flaked Oats and White Wheat with hops like Citra, Mosaic and Nelson Sauvic. Angeles Brewing is a nice addition to the town and adds variety of beers here that I feel Port Angeles could stand to have.

Gateway Tavern
120 N Lincoln St, Port AngelesWe came across the Gateway looking to decompress after long days while on an extended work assignment in Port A. Our first impression was that this was a locals-only bar where outsiders might not be welcome. This proved to be furthest from the truth. Their head bartender, Kristina, soon made our small group feel like she'd known us for years, and we were welcomed in like honored guests. The Gateway became our regular post-work hangout site, where we could play pool, darts, pick out songs on the jukebox and just generally decompress without ever feeling rushed. The regulars also made us feel welcome, and showed us how to use the electronic dart board or shared news of the day. The food is not much to speak of, but the drinks are good and fast to arrive. The Gateway is as authentic old-school Port Angeles as it gets: a little rough around the edges, but you'll be made to feel like an old friend as soon as you step inside.

NW Coffee Company
3276 E Hwy 101, Port AngelesThe cinnamon bun white chocolate latte was delicious. This may seem like just another drive thru coffee shop, but this one is superior.
They even offer an espresso chocolate bean with each order.

Lincoln Street Coffee Pot
902A S Lincoln St, Port AngelesI just want to say I have no complaints on the drinks the ladies have made me here. They're amazing and if you're in a bad day, they make your day & make you smile.
Kid-friendliness: There's treats you can give kids. They also can order their own drinks without the coffee anything.

Northwest Fudge and Confections
108 W 1st St, Port AngelesWhat a gem of a candy shop in the middle of Port Angeles downtown! We couldn't stop talking about what a perfect experience it was!

Easy Street Coffee and Tea House
128 W 1st St, Port AngelesI’ve been here many times over the years and they never disappoint! The coffee milk shakes are as potent as they are delicious, the lattes are smooth and flavorful. My favorite is custom drink that is always made beautifully. The owners are always a pleasure to see and the location couldn’t be more perfect with it being such a short walk down to the beach, or keep walking to check out some fun local shops. I would be in weekly if my schedule allowed!
Parking: Parking is difficult during busy times. If there is no street parking you’ll need to find the parking lot either behind country aire or a slight walk over to the parking lot next to the family shoe store. If you park in that lot you can walk through the tunnel and cross the street easily enough. It’s less than a 5 minute walk from either lot.

124 W Railroad Ave, Port AngelesWe visited here as part of day trip from Victoria which included beers at local establishments. This was our third stop and a great opportunity to try out local craft beers. at the time, they also had hot dogs on special so we had some of them to fortify ourselves for our trip back across on the Coho.

Frugals
1520 E Front St, Port AngelesHad 2 beacon cheese burger sandwiches, French fries, cheese curds, and a large milkshake. We paid and was told the curds will take a few more minutes.
Once received and drove away, we noticed the cheese curds were burnt.
Next time we will check our order before we leave. Should have gone back but late for a meeting.
Btw I don't tip for fast food!
Maybe that's why they were burnt, just saying!

Peninsula Friends of Animals
257509 US-101, Port AngelesThis is the perfect place to find the love of your life. Feline that is. We sure did! We are so impressed with Danette, Kimmie, Leann and Nancy. Compassionate folks who know their furry companions, as well as, adopters very well. We will tell anyone hoping to find a young or, even better, adult/senior kitty to call these nice people.
