We recently had the pleasure of working with McCrorie Carpet One for our bathroom and shower tile purchase. From the very beginning, our experience was nothing short of excellent. Stew, who assisted us, was not only personable but incredibly responsive to our communications, making the whole process seamless.
One aspect we particularly appreciated was the ease with which we could take home samples to ensure we were making the right choice. The delivery process was handled with the utmost professionalism; they called beforehand to arrange the details, ensuring that everything was stacked nicely in the exact spot we asked.
We couldn't have asked for a better experience and are truly grateful to the wonderful people at McCrorie Carpet One. We'll certainly be coming back for future projects and will not hesitate to recommend them to others. Great people, great business – thank you!

I can not sing the praises of McCrorie Carpet One and their employees loud enough. From the initial consultation to the installation, every detail was taken care of. The employees treated me and my home with respect. They were kind and so hardworking. I was concerned that my home would be in disarray during the process since I was having all of the carpet replaced. They took away the stress and guided me through the transformation with ease. I can say that you will not find more professional people to take care of your quality flooring and other household needs.

This is the only carpet store open on the weekend but you wouldn't know it because no one will greet you nor offer help. There are only three carpet displays and little info on either.

I got my new luxury vinyl floor installed today, and I absolutely love it! A huge thank you to Stew who had the patience of a saint emailing with me back and forth as I tried to pick the floor I wanted and he tried to find one that I loved, that would work for me, and that they could get. They blocked off today and tomorrow thinking that it might take more than a day, but he was done before 1:00. I'm afraid I didn't get my installer's name, but he worked very fast and when he saw that I was wearing a mask, he addressed that he couldn't wear one while working. I had figured as much since I knew it would take several hours, and I appreciated that he brought up the subject instead of just ignoring it. My heaviest furniture was taken out and brought back in for me, and my old disgusting carpet was hauled away as well. I love my new floor and my fresh start. Thank you McCrorie's!

Whole experience was good to excellent Joe the installer was excellent and did a very professional install. Materials were slow to come but from the time they were here it went smoothly.
Definitely recommend.
