“Can't overestimate how friendly the people are at this place. They are always available to help you find whatever groceries you need, and whatever quantity you want, and whatever price is the best for you. I highly recommend!”
“Friendliest workers. Extremely clean and fully staffed, even during absolutely madhouse summer season. Short wait for propane refills. It feels strange to rave about a gas station, but the people here make this place an absolute delight.”
“This place is beyond special and I hope our city recognizes how cool it is to have a totally community-based space like this. From a quick coffee on the go to a bigger haul of local groceries, I always leave so grateful to have such a lovely store in our town.”
“I bicycle everywhere for transportation and was living nearby temporarily. I love this store. No need to go to sequim unless for big stuff. This adorable place has pretty much everything you need at fair prices. Hours are dependable and the girl at the counter is always super nice.”
“Sits back in a chill position in Port Angeles, and this store has a wide selection from honey, coffee, vegetables, fruits and even some wild game meats.
The gripe would be repackaging outsourced coffee from other countries under a local brand name”
“The owner doesn't seem very intelligent when it comes to multitasking. However there is a gal that works very that is pretty darn friendly and smart and get things done seems to be a very hard worker. I can tell you that it seems to me that that owner sure is lucky to have some of his employees that work so hard for him. They have a lot of variety of foods and drinks there which is something I appreciate.”
“This place has what you need for a snack or drink. Woman working the register was wicked funny and really friendly. It’s always nice to have a good laugh with people you do business with.”
“Handy local general store. One stop shop for fresh food, outdoor supplies, convenience items, fuel and more. ++ for ethanol free gas and lowest propane prices in town. Helpful staff will help you with your fuel at no cost, friendly folks. I end up stopping here every other day for something.”
“I SO appreciate the thoughtful customer service I received from the floral department. I called in on a very busy day for a last-minute delivery. The associate took all the time I needed to figure out just the right bouquet, and it was just right. Very reasonable, too. On a previous visit the Starbucks manager was extra kind, too, when I'd left my debit card at home. Thank you for two really nice experiences. I appreciate it.”

“The clerk was amazingly helpful. She helped me carry my stuff to the counter, was so friendly, told me where I could get a discover pass and also where a good free campground is. I'm here right now, she was spot on.”

“This store is the bees knees! They've got a massive variety of old-fashioned candy you can't find anywhere else, and their candy is priced lower than other stores. They also have much cheaper gas than some other gas stations in town. Worth driving a little bit out of the way, for sure!”
“This store didn't exist when I was last here, but upon returning home after 26 years, it's My favorite new business!!! Great staff, good prices on beer and tobacco products, as well as a great selection on everything You would expect from a convenience store and then some!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️”

“Friday ~around 8AM I got a jalapeño cheese bagel. It was SO good. Fresh, chewy, cheesy AF, jalapeños were pickled and were *just right.* It was .99 cents. Unbelievably good! It was so delicious. I regret not buying more. And I'll tell you what, because I'm out and about traveling I just ate it as is and did not miss having it toasted. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SOOO GOOD! They'd charge more for worse at other places. And we've all had those. Yum yum yum. I'm obsessed. Too bad I live in another state. I highly recommend them on Fridays at 8AM. IDK if they'd taste the same at a different time but this morning it was magic! =D”

“This store is a little smaller then the one on lincoln st.. However there is not a large amount of homeless and or drug addicts milling around the premises. So even though I'm only 7 blocks away from the lincoln st. Store I would rather drive to the east end of town to shop here.”

“I tried the Safeway drive up and go yesterday. What a pleasant surprise. Ordering on line was easy.. I received a text that my order was ready. I notified them through the app that I was on my way. I pulled into spot 4 in the drive up and go area and texted them, again through the app, that I had arrived. Within one minute, Sam, the smiling Safeway employee was standing at my window with a free bottle of water asking me where I wanted my groceries. All in all, one great experience as far as I'm concerned. I will definitely be using the Safeway drive up and go feature a lot more often. Especially if it's Sam bringing out my groceries.. Big shout out to her...”
“Today Ashley went out of their way to make self checkout lines move faster and help people out. They're always kind and friendly too me. Makes life a bit better.”
“Wonderful Selection of goods. You can find exotic candies, snacks, hard to find microbrews and international foods all in one store. Honestly, it’s a must stop if you’re heading up the mountain or a local just kicking around town.”
